Yes, there is no wrong way to stroke your wang while edging. Any brand of black or green tea will do for erection tea.

Been trying to do Edging right. Since I'm new i take it that as i start off tossing fast and slow I feel like when i get to the full erection i can get it at, when I can feel my unit getting harder and warmer i stop. Then start again at a slow pace. this takes about 10 mins to get somewhere near ejaculation. But then after doing stopping then starting for a couple of times, It seems as while I'm edging, i lose my erection during the excercise(feels like its going down to 30% erect and it will take about a couple of mins of masturbating to get close to good erection... Maybe I need to pay more attention to my next edging session to see what I'm probably doing wrong.
Been only doing edging for a couple of weeks now. I'm enjoying it though it's a catchy excercise.

All right...just want to be 100 % sure...edging is like masturbating, you just don't cum, and you don't touch your member everytime you're about to cum. When the urge to cum subsides, then you start agian. Right?

So I wanted to try edging before I went to bed. Just finished right now. For the sake of trying to go to sleep before 3:30 I made this a 20 minute session. I loosened up my lower body and stroked for 10 minutes. then I clenched my buttox and pelvic muscle (in a way I was holding a kegel) and reached the PONR in about 2 minutes and I can feel the cum coming up my shaft and I kegeled to hold it in and pre-cum came out and I went to about a 40-60 percent erection until I was able to reach to back to 100% in a about 10-20 seconds. I began to stroke for another for another 5 minutes then again I clenched my buttox and pelvic muscle to reach the PONR. I went limp and it seemed like it was impossible to get my erection back up. I began to massage it and started stroking it limp like a mad man until I was able to get it back to 90% only to explode seconds after. Is going that limp normal when edging? Also, I find it if i don't clench my buttox and pelvic muscle it seems like I can just stroke and stroke for hours without cumming.
