    • With streaching and yoga i see great improvement. I was doing uli and felt a pop. It hurts now a bit. Erection is ok. I should leave it alone for a week i guess. Hope its not something major ( dont think so ).

      • Hey guys. I know this tread is very very old. But this thing concerns me abit. I can have sex, decent one tho, iam still working on my pelvic floor and rebooting from porn. So about my erection standing up. It feels like i lose the support of my dick so the angle decreases when i stand. Even in the morning when i have wood and i stand up, the angle will start decreasing, so most of the time when u go to the bathroom and pee, my dick wont stay erect.         But i dont have this anymore. i can post a video of my erection falling if someone can show me a quick way to do it. Anyways any help would be apriciated.

        • Its like my ligs are looser. I dont know how to explain it. This happened after my injury and its still like this. I dont know if its just gravity because when i stand and hold my dick, it will loose the angle anyways. Should i go and get checked by a doctror?. What should i say?

            • Greg 123, I wouldn't do jelqing anymore. Blood is not meant to flow through the male member in the direction that exercise pushes it. I would highly recommend checking out my post in the Erectile Dysfunction forum relating to do it yourself blood vessel growth. In the post I link a video where I demonstrate how blood should flow through the male member.

                    I never did Reverse Jelqing but Horizontal Movement Jelqing is almost the same except your clamping your base very tightly ( similar to a ULI ) while moving blood from head to base & vice versa.

                    It works well if you keep the EQ around 75%. Horizontal Movement Jelqing gave me girth gains along with my other girth PE.

                        Your Penis can't help but gain after healing with some good PE sessions.

                        I do get your point though , from your original post.
                        I just never considered Jelqing besides anything else but PE or stamina training.

                        Not to help correct or use as a method of recovery from an injury.

                          IDK if you are back on pegym but penis stretching , Jelqing & edging has done wonders for my erection health. Would not change anything for the EQ I've gotten and the PE gains.
