I guess these words of advice aren't what people want to hear LOL. Everybody wants a quick fix that doesn't exist. Quite honestly, what I've stated above is your best bet for the "quickest fix" possible...at least from what I've experienced thus far over the past 9 years.

..Organic vegetables, organic fruits, and organic whole grains (live sprouted grains like in Ezekiel products are the most nutritious). I don't eat dairy at this point because I find it depletes my energy and also I'm a bit intolerant to it most of the time (bloating, headaches, etc). I also currently eat no meat. I'm technically vegan which I didn't even realize until a few days ago lol.
