Good luck and above all, hope you make a full recovery.
Thanks! I won't leave. I decided to join this forum so that I could share my experience and give updates. I will keep working on it. It is my Phd mind, will Nevergive until I get answers! I don't take "I don't know for an answer". Ps when I told the urologist on Monday (after a lengthy discussion) about my theory he said he couldn't refute it. It could be possible. I need someone to prove to me it's not that then I can accept my theory is wrong. Also, one thing a friend of my dad's said is that if I am wrong about my theory then it could be a vascular, lymphatic, artiery issue and this was the next path I was going to explore, but I feel that I don't have issues in the arteries or vessels etc. I feel the tissue dmamage is impinging on them. Like a straw that allows water to flow through it, if you the. Place something like a wallet on it the flow is disrupted. So I feel either I am right by it impinging on other parts of the penis.or it could be vessels etc themselves that have an issue. Anyway willkeep you guys posted about Monday.

Glad to hear you won't flake. Setting all things aside, listen to me closely. You need to see a pelvic floor physical therapist. A chiropractor won't make pelvic floor tension go away and neither will MRIs. I understand that you are strong on your theory, but like every good scientist, you have to be able to actually challenge it sometimes if you want it to hold weight. Go see a physical therapist, not just for your theory, but for your health also.

I used to buy into this theory but it fell apart to me after a few points

First, how can you wake up one day with a "torn fascia". Unless I missed something, it says you just woke up one day with all your symptoms

Secondly, I've emailed many urologists about this theory and many said they cut these thin fasicia layers during circumcision and many don't stitch them back together (this means many leave them cut and just let it heal on its own). It's the urologists preference.

Thirdly...most urologists won't just cut you open for the sake of it and try to explore what's going on. I met with 2 top urologists (and others) in my country (Canada) and all of them said no one would touch me because of the risks involved. It's invasive and not worth the risk. Maybe someone in the US would do it but then I'm sure you'll meet a lot of resistance.

        4) I talked with one member who said he had a surgery like this (his name was majorwang...look him up). There's like a 30 page thread on it. He claimed to have the surgery and then disappeared and never shared any information about it. I Skyped with him personally and he just stopped responding And never shared any information that may have been helpful for others to try and fix the problem.

Anyways, I think you'll find a hard time getting someone to cut your penis open without solid proof. And even then, there's a large risk involved

That is one circumcision technique. There are a few others. Quote:

".The ventral part of the penile skin incision is deepened only to the level of dartos fascia initially. Then bucks fascia is carefully divided under clear vision."

Main point...they are clearly cut during this surgery. And as some urologists told me...they don't stich them back together all the time and just let them heal on its own....

              Hey Mike,
I have read almost eveything online in forums and am familiar with majorWang. I decided to read urology journals instead and learn about the penis anantomy. About majorWang he either wasn't genuine, gave up as this whole thing for so long must have rattled his head, or maybe even committed suicide for all we know. However, he argued that the tear was the bucks fascia. I don't think it is this as an MRI, if we take my case would have shown a deform d tunica to a degree, it must be the superficial fascia, which no longer holds the aerolar tissue together and that impinges on the skin, the wrinkly and inflamed look it gives

Also, no my symptoms didn't show up one day. I woke up with a red inflamed meatus (very swollen) no urologist has confirmed that this is an injury as they are mostly idiots. However, it certainly is and I still have post urination dribbling. (There are whole threads online about "red inflamed meatus" that doesn't go away with any time or cream). Which means it has to be an injury. One does not need a medical degree or urology one to point that out. However, my inflamed red meatus has never gone away, but better that the first few weeks when it was awful! At this point urine was forcing its way out and I felt in about week 3 a shattering around the shaft that was coupled with inflamation and the wrinkly skin etc. At first my only symptom was the inflamed meatus, then the penis change with so many wrinkles and inflamation. It really doesn't sit even properly when flaccid (uncomfortable). It must be a a tear!

I will totally agree with you though about doctors not risking opening up when they don't know what it is. I agree with your exact words about this. It's my word against....well nothing useful they have offered.

I will ask the top urologist on Monday who does reconstruction. Since he has opened up before, when he clinically consults me, then he would be in a better position to refute or assure me that I am wrong.

The last urologist I saw on Monday, as I said before said he could refute my theory. Anyway an expensive trip down to London with huge consultancy fee. Let's see as the saga continues.

Ps I am donating my body when I die to science and I will have left instructions for them to open it up then! at least maybe then it can help others in the future.

You are beyond me about the injury. I am curious why you are resistive to pelvic floor ideas and work. Also injuries come from an event. They don't just show up. Was there an event?

Thanks for the circumsision article. It had nothing new for me. They try hard not to cut the fascia. I was wondering about the statement they routinely cut it. Appreciate it.

Look flag waving is all very well but medicine is the US does not have a good reputation. If this guy goes to the US they will treat him to his hearts content right or wrong because there is a buck in it .
The point is, our doctors are better. And plus we get people cared for quicker. Who the hell wants to wait months or even years in pain to get a knee replacement?
It may be more about money but atleast we get taken care in a timely and proper manner.
And money is a motivator for doctors to do better with their practice.

But how did you injure it? People have sex for hours and mastiebate for hours and don't injure there dick. I'd imagine there would be some pain with a fasia tear even though it's apnoneurotic (mistake in my spelling?) tissue. Can you get erecfions? Or even with cialis or Viagra? If you could, surgeons won't touch you. I went to the top specialist in Canada for ED (won't mention his name due to respect) and he told me exactly that. Went to two other urologists as well who were considered specialists in their specialty fields and they said the same thing basically. I'd try the pelvic floor stuff but yes, I understand the frustration of your symptoms.

                        Dear wishful10x8,
I wish I knew more to detail then I have in my first post or later ones. I don't Know why thebinflamed meatus occurred. I was having sex with my gf (one partner) a few days before, but had no injury no pain etc. A few days later I woke up in the morning and went to the toilet and saw the inflamed meatus (which acted like a blocked pipe). If you read online threads on inflamed meatus, guys just seemed to get it and like me were diagnosed with thrush or STD and they didn't have that. They tried eveything under the sun to get rid of it and couldn't. I used all creams under the sun and nothing helped. When urinating i felt a real pressure on my shaft like the urethra needed to expand to excrete the urine as I believe that shattered sownthing around week 3 of my symptoms. Everything is static now.

I have never had any health issues until now. The pelvic is a useful theory and will consider it but like I said my chiropractor thinks I have tissue damage possible tears also, and it's not my pelvic area. Also, I did MRI on the penis and pelvic and all was normal in the pelvic area. I am not against the theory just don't think it relates to my case. I am positive it is tissue sitting incorrectly inflamed due to somwthing not holding it in place (superficial fascia) and that impinges on the skin cussing it to look wrinkled and all over the place.

Overractive pelvic floor doesn't show up on an MRI, which is why doctors don't know about it. Just see a PT. Were you kegeling a lot? Be honest.

I know my gf and I enjoy a good sex life. I never had any symptoms at all during sex or a few days afterwards. It is the oddest thing to have no defined cause, diagnosis or treatment. I have spent a lot of money and done lots of tests also. After the shattering from the blocked meatus, I did have pain a few days later not right away. I had shocks and Throbbing pain on the right side of the shaft. At one time I was holding onto the side of the bed and pumping myself with pain killers to get through this. This subsided and I am left with discomfort and like I said I don't recognise my own penis at all. And guys pregabalin is good for nerves in case they have been affected.

I also wish I had pictures of my penis before! So I could show doctors the before and after, I am sure then they would be shocked. I haven't had sex since the event. I can get errections but they are inflamed and uncomfortable.

Hand on heart I have never done a single PE or jelging exercise or anything of the sort. I had to read up on them when I saw them on forums to see what they were. I have always been happy with my size and wouldn't do anything that wasn't natural not even cause I thought of an injury, but I never felt the need to do anything.

Kegeling is seperate, people can do it unconsciously. I was doing it WAY before I ever heard of this site. I think you need to atleast look up pelvic floor dysfunction.
