You are lucky to have a urologist who can spend 40 minutes on a single patient, may be he charges loads and loads. My one hardly gives few minutes.Hope you are able to find some anomalies in Doppler or Mri,coz problem will arise if your reports comes normal, and issues without a detectable cause is most frustrating.I would like to hear your progress after test.Keep us updated.

Did a Doppler and didn't show anything. Have seen people with similar symptoms to yours do an MRI and it showed nothing. Can you get an erection at all? even if the doctor decided to "cut you open" I'd be very hesitant considering the risk and actial lack of cases like yours. I've read of a few guys over in Europe (there's a big thread on another forum) where a guy underwent surgery to "fix his fascia" and he ended up worse.Originally posted by makarinio123 View PostDear all,
I saw the urologist in London and he gave me 40 minutes of his time. I have to say he was the first curious urologist I have met so far.
1) MRI I did (don't know if you guys have done it) was poorly done and he showed me as I brought my MRI on cd with me and we went through it together. I wasn't injected enough for a full erection and was not given and injection with dye to clarify the image (i agree).
2) I can do it again with him and he urged me to do it on the NHS as i have spent so much money already.
3) he recognised the condition of hard flaccid which he said that it can be pelvic related (penis issue can affect Pelvic floor or vice versa).but it can also be due to issues with the tissue in the penis blocking/ trapping adequate blood flow.
4) he said my theory is not refutable. He worries about patients diagnosing themselves but according to my report and all the stuff I have done he said it is plausible, plus the clinical consultation we had. The combination of an MRI and Doppler would shed light on this. He is more convinced that if my theory holds then it is with the superficial fascia and not the bucks fascia as the superficial would lead to aerolar tissue issues which impinge on the skin.
Anyway, I just wanted to report back about the consultation as I said I would. I am sorry it is not more insightful.

Hey Ranchi, I know what you mean I have been from doctor to doctor and lucky to get 5 minutes with them or even get anything other than "it looks normal to me". I also did test after test. I will update you once I do the new MRI. All my tests so far: previous MRI, ultrasound (not Doppler tho) and cystoscopy all to come back normal. I will keep you updated.

Yes I am aware it might show nothing at all like the last time. Not holding my breath. I can get an erection, but it's inflamed. I also have to lie down, it flops if i stand up. I am aware of the guy who did the surgery and posted pictures and ended up worse, he also disappeared tho right? and there are questions about the authenticity. This is the guy who got the doctor to cut until he showed the bucks fascia was torn.

This is major wangs but he posted no pics and said it was bucks fascia. His surgeon said it wasn't the Dartos or superficial fascia.

Right guys,
An update especially for Ranchi. I went to see another urologist today on the NHS in a small town outside my city. Firstly he said the urologist I saw in London is the best in the Uk. He read my report along with a neurologist who I initially emailed the report to. They want to do a doppler and said I should repeat the MRI with the London urologist.
He will also take a look at the MRI cd I left him with his colleagues (the one that apparently was not well done).
Now they told me that it is very likely that my theory holds and one of the fascias have been ruptured. The explanation, if I don't have peyronies and I don't (no curve) but still have inflamation and it looks like that in the flaccid state then the aerolar tissue is bulging out. Also antibiotics did not do anything for me (inflamation wise).
The prof of urology said he believes it is the bucks fascia that is the problem rather than the superficial fascia. The doppler should rule out other issues also to be sure.
I will do the doppler and already been referred for another MRI with London urologist.
Sorry the news is not encouraging but process of elimination is worthwhile at least.

Not true. If I fractured my penis I would have an eggplant between my legs. Plus I may have a tear not complete rupture and finally, you know the guy who got surgery in Serbia or wherever and showed pics of his completely torn bucks fascia....he didn't have an eggplant shape. What you are saying is a penile fracture or even a false penile fracture that would cause the egg plant.

How could you have torn buck's fascia if you never did anything, it doesn't just randomly tear, it would have to be caused by some form of trauma. You never even did PE which doesn't cause tears like that if done correctly.
Have you tried antibiotics? Does your GF have any infections?HansTwilightLast edited by HansTwilight; 02-15-2017, 01:57 PM.My WorkARTICLES:

Look, I am not here to argue just reporting and updating. If you remember when I said I woke up one morning with a very inflamed meatus in the third week when I was peeing the urine was forcing it self out of the tip and I felt a shattering, not popping sound. From there everything went down hill. It is as if the urethra was expanding to let the urine out and must have torn something around it.Originally posted by HansTwilight View PostHow could you have torn buck's fascia if you never did anything, it doesn't just randomly tear, it would have to be caused by some form of trauma. So what, they're gonna open you up and "check it out." I had a circumcision at 14 years old and let me tell you...its not fun AT ALL. Probably the worst pain post surgery I've ever had. I mean, sure if you can't get hard AT ALL then it may be worth a shot but its kind of weird that there was no triggering event for this to all happen. Anyways, best of luck and keep us updated.
