Original Introduction Thread

    Both of you should start a progress log in the appropriate section of the forums. It's a great way for you and the the PE Gym community to track your routines and progress



    johnson, while I have never experienced with PE equipment, I know many folks here have and have had success with it. Posting pictures in your progress log would be a great idea. Visual results have such a great motivational factor for our beginners and frustrated veterans.

      Thanks for the advice. I was wondering. Could I just do my PE exercise in the shower because I feel like its the perfect place to do my PE exercise since there is hot water to warm up my penis and I feel very comfortable.

        • Yeah the shower is great to do PE. That's where I do mine. I do warm up before I hop in the shower though because I don't want to waste tons of water just by being in the shower PEing for 20-30 minutes.
          Total from start to current: (Start 26/02/09)
          BPEL-5.8" >> 6.5" (+0.7")
          EG-4.6" >> 4.75" (+0.15")

          • What’s up guys? I started PE back in late November but didn’t have much of a schedule or routine. I guess you can say I was being halfassed about it. Not a good decision. I started on a newbie routine but got antsy and frisky early on. By my 2nd week, I was stretching for 20 minutes and jelqing for 200 reps. Really not a good thing. I was working a tired, fatigued, and probably injured penis and I didn’t even know it. I got sidetracked with school and other crap so I stopped PE for a few weeks. When I came back, I returned to a monster routine. Finally, during one of my marathon jelq sessions, I felt a sharp snap of pain, and then blood started seeping out of my dick. Talk about a painful and disgusting experience.

            It’s been 45 days since that ridiculous incident. Now I’m back to PE with a healed cock. I’m also not being stupid anymore. That’s the main reason I am here. I think the backing of a community like this is awesome. I’m much more scheduled now. I guess I’ll start a progress log to help track my routine.

            • Hello Guys, 45 year old here, I found this site last night and joined. I've been doing moderate stretches. I am probably the newbiest newbie of all times. I want to take advantage of all your wisdom and knowledge and not injure myself...you know, play it smart. I plan on reading all these pages but I need a plan. Should I start at this 90 day routine? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any and all responses. GuitarMan

                  • The Return of the Newbie

                    Hello all once again!

                    Since I moved to Colorado for coollege my priorities wavered from dedicated PEing to classes, then to drinking and baking, to getting baked, and making lots of fun mistakes.

                    Wow, 8/18/08 was my last measuremant https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...-record-2.html. It has been a while!

                    After a semester with one of the worst roommates for me, I now have a...better (in a nutritional and workout way) roommate. We workout at the gym five days a week an hour a day. I've started to manage how many calories I consume, 5-6 thnoousand per day. Now that I'm working on my physique I thought now would be the best time to get back on the PE bike.

                    I'm planning on resuming where I left off, and I'll post my stats every two weeks.

                    • Hi guys let me introduce myself. I'm a BIG idiot. That is what defines me the most I think, especially in regards to PE. So feel free to call me an idiot as much as you want. Why? Let me explain.

                      I ran into Tom Hubbard's original site some time back in high school (1999?/2000?/2001?) and experimented with the exercises for at least a few weeks. During this time I probably gained a little less than half an inch length wise and a some girth. By doing kegels diligently I was multi-orgasmic as well. What I SHOULD HAVE been doing is kept on going at it, if I did, I would probably have a 8.5"/6.5" schlong by now. But noooo I was so dumb, I stopped (mainly because I became church religious for the next few years -- bigass stupid mistake). Sad thing is that I knew about the pick-up artist community back then when it was in its infancy too (and likewise, dumped it like a freaking idiot).

                      And that's not the end of the stupidity, I ran into Thunder's Place back in early 2007 and again started PE and stopped. Shit seriously I'm really dumb guys!!!!

                      I'm pretty sure having a bigger schlong would have been more satisfying for my ex, but because I became religious I bought into the whole "size doesn't matter" BS for a couple years. I'm such an idiot! And trust me I have a small pecker. Seriously when somebody says they are a 6 incher and they think they are small I want to slap them. Right now I'm sub-5.

                      THIS TIME, I don't intend on backing out (first time I've actually joined and wrote on a PE forum). To be satisfied I must at least achieve the HOLY GRAIL --- the 8"/6".

                      I will accept nothing less!

                      Keep me accountable! I expect reaching that goal to be a 3 year process.

                      Hopefully I'll be able to set aside the time to post here regularly. I have some other things on my plate right now too concerning preparing for a career change and grad school.

                      • Decided to jump in.

                        I've been lurking here for a while. I signed up and lurked some more, but here is my first post. My current stats are 6" BPEL and 5.5" EG. What I see as my problem is flacid length and EQ. When not aroused I am turtled most of the time. And now that I have reached the big 40 my EQ is lacking. In fact, my wife must perform oral for my erection to become hard enough for penetration. I have started prescription meds for high blood pressure and recently started an aspirin regimen. My doctor was actually the one to suggest jelqing as a remedy for my penile concerns. I started researching on the net and found a couple of different forums. After doing some extensive reading here I think I will stick with this one. I started today with the Babbis routine. My primary goals are flacid length gain and EQ but if I get bigger in the process that's gravy. I chose the Babbis routine because it is quick and I'm hoping for flacid length gains but if someone thinks a different routine might be better for my situation I'm all ears.

                        Thanks for all the great info inthis forum.

                        And to make my self more apt to stick with this I have started a progress log that I will post to at least once a week.

                          I should have added this as well: The Doctor says I am have some circulation issues. When I had knee surgery in October I developed a blood clot in my right calf, and while I was on crutches I developed a huge veracious vein in about the same spot on my left calf. Just as she is hoping that the blood pressure medication and aspirin will help with circulation in general, I am hoping the jelqing will help with blood circulation in my penis.

                            Nope, don't think you are and idiot, I think you are just easily distracted.
                            I think you did a pretty good job of self-bashing in your first post, so now that that is over, time to get to work. You MUST condition your penis before you do anything else. Start on one of the structured routines here and stay with at least a 90 day conditioning period. Hell man, I started sub 5" myself, but after almost 6 years, I have exceded my goals of 8X6 and so can you. Good luck, don't get too busy to keep us updated. JP

                              Welcome. I just started a month and half ago at 4.84 in x 3.80 in. I just broke 5 inches this last week currently 5.28 in x 4.4 in. My goal has just been to reach an average size of about 6 x 4.5. Though I had my doubts when starting, I now know I will make it as long as I continue.

                              Don't worry about previous decisions you've made in life. We all make decisions, some we learn from more from than others. As long as you learn and grow from them, your on the right track. We hope you LEARN and GROW from your decision to join us here at the gym.
