  • quick question, is it honestly possible to go from a six inch length to a nine inch length. i dont have the slightest clue about the new measuring techniques

      It's going to take awhile, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to with dedication and time.

        • Hi! Just done with 90 days off PE. Im from Norway so ill use the metric system, fits better to my measurments and goals.

          Started doing a month with basic stretching and 300 jelques 5 times a week. Didn't see any progress so i stopped, but then decided to do it for 2 months with 500 jelques to be sure if it was possible.

          21.October 08-----> 19.March 09

          BPEL 15,5 cm -----> 16,5 cm
          EG 11,5 cm ------> 11,7 cm
          BPFSL 15 cm -----> 16 cm
          not streched 8 cm--->10 cm

          And im glad i continued!
          My initial goal was BPLE 17,5 cm. Ill continue this regiment untill i reach that goal, but as you can see i havent gained any girth. So maby i should implement some exercises for girth? Whats the best starter girth exercises?

          What do you think about masturbating before the routine? To prevent getting hard during the stretching, but would this be bad for the jelque with 80-90% errection?

          Im a very patient person, and thats what this is all about! So i think ill continue for a long time.

            • hi guys..just logged in today as a member...it hasnt been long that i started realising that i dont hav a penis so dat i could make me confident..(about 5.25" in length)..i've heard of jelqing in a magazine here in my country..so i decided to surf net az i dint wanted to undergo any chemical treatment for it..found dis site and reading the contents and the succes stories of guyz like me i was able to say myself "i can do it too!"...thanx guyz for helping out millions of people like me n leading them the right way..havent started my workouts yet,bt i'll do it soon after being clear about all the steps ...
              but i wanted to ask one thing,i'm almost 19 now..for how long will my penis grow for ,naturally?shall i start jelqing now or after the penis stops growing?

                    BPEL refers to the bone-pressed measurement taken of a fully erect penis.
                    EG stands for the erect girth measurement.

                      • You should just focus on those for now. There are other things like goji berries, horny goat weed, etc. but really at a certain point are taking 20 different supplements what you really need to be doing? Try to keep it simple - stick with Ginkgo, Ginseng, l-arginine & l-lysine and don't worry about anything else. Supplements aren't going to make your dick grow - a solid routine will.

                          I'm 42, well educated and possess a rabid curiosity about the world. I love to learn. I'm in great shape thanks to my love for running and physical labor, and have no problem with sexual function. However, I've always wondered what it would be like to have a larger-than-average penis. Yes, I have an average penis: 5.75 NBPE and 5.0 EG.

                          I began researching PE about three weeks ago. Initially, I was completely dismissive about the possibilities, but as I began reading and analyzing various methods, my mind began to open. I've been performing a beginner routine for two weeks, listening to my body and reading as much as I can about the subject. I remain open minded but somewhat sceptical about the possibilities, but will give it an honest six months before I make up my mind. So far, I've noticed an improvement in my flaccid hang during the day, but I'm not sure if that's merely indicative of improved circulation from the exercises. I have not noticed any other gains, but I wouldn't expect any at this point.

                            A longer flaccid hand is what typically happens to newbies when they start to exercise. It's a really good sign. You should start the 90 day beginner routine.

                            • Welcome to PE. This site is so amazing and full of information. I'm excited to see such nice results only 4 weeks into PE.

                              My results so far:
                              Total from start to current: (Start 26/02/09)
                              BPEL-5.8" >> 6.25" (+0.45")
                              EG-4.6" >> 4.75" (+0.15")
                              Total from start to current: (Start 26/02/09)
