            question i have is determining the LOT?

            and what are kegels? or jelq'ing? and so on...what should i start on?

              I don't really get what you're trying to say. Did you read that thread or skim through it quickly? One way of showing us dedication or lack thereof is if you ask a basic question that has been answered numerous times. That and not bother taking the time to compose a understandable sentence.

              If his explanation seems confusing to you. Send me a message and I will explain it further in detail to you.

              I think one reason threads are changed into a sticky is because they are important. Best advice I have to give is read most of the stickies carefully. You're exercising your penis, you only have one. And you don't to cause injuries. And yes, PE can cause injury if done improperly.

              Here's a guide as well. I read this religiously before opening the forums, and that was after injuring my penis. https://www.pegym.com/free-penis-enlargement-exercises-guide/beginners

              If I were you I would make a Progress Log with my measurements, any medication I'm on, and other information that could help other PEers help me. Remember you gotta get serious, because PE is serious business. And extremely rewarding.

                          • Another newbie

                            Hello everyone! I just found this site and am really impressed with the amount of information and support provided. I've always been embarrassed by my penis size, and at age 62 decided to do something about it. I don't know why, but I've always had an extremely short flaccid length (only about 1/2" long and it won't even hang - just sticks straight out when it isn't turtled). Erect length is about 6", so I'm a total grower, not a shower. I have seen some improvements with jelquing and stretching, but need some coaching/mentoring to get it right, and it seems that I have found the right place.
                            In addition to my penis enlargement routines, I would also like to work on foreskin restoration. Is there a way I can do both and still see results?
                            Any thoughts would be appreciated, and thanks again for a great site!

                              I've known about PE since 2001 but never committed to it because of procrastination. "Oh, I'll do it later" "I'll sneak in a short jelq session here and then forget to do it again for several months." Now it's 2009 and I'm going to stop making excuses so I can see some growth.
                              3/13/09 - BPEL - 7.2 NBEL - 6.7 EG - 5.0
                              6/9/09 - BPEL - 7.7 EG - 5.5
                              End Goal: NBEL - 8.5 EG - 6.0/6.5

                              • Welcome everyone! Good luck with your PE routines. Vanil, I think you should start a progress log - this may help you stick to a dedicated routine.
