    • Hi everyone, glad I found this site, lots of helpful info for us guys not born with gifted members. I have not had any complaints from women bout my size, but I would like it bigger, for I guess mostly a confidence thing. I would also like to master those MOM techniques. It's wierd sometimes I can fuck for a long time and then some days can't last more than a few min. I would like to learn and not worry about cumming to quickly.

        Rogerc, you have come to the right place. There are so many members here who have told your same story, myself included. You will be so supported in your process by the moderators on this website. They are totally respectful, no bullshit, and they really care about how you are doing and what your concerns are. I bought Aaron Kemmer's book (he goes by Remek on this website) and followed his routine. I'm now in week 7 and I cannot believe what changes I have experienced - nothing short of AMAZING. I look in the mirror and see a cock like the one I've always wished I had and this is just the beginning! I'm looking forward to what my birthday present in 2010 will look like! That is, if my wife doesn't say, "No more! That's enough!" Just start reading the terrific information for beginners on the website, set your mind on achieving what you want, and be persistent.           I am completely new to PE, but have read a lot so far. I am very excited and optimistic. I purchased the e book "exercising the penis." It is very well written..
          My goal is to be 9.5-10'' in length and girth of 6'' Is this possible?

          My leading question to anyone in the formum is as follows: I am starting with the basic beginner routine 3-4 times per week. 10 min warmup/5 min stretch/10 min jelq
          I plan on doing this routine in the morning between around 6:30-7:00am--- Can I also use a x4 labs extender 3 hours per day 5-6 days per week along with the morning jeq session?

            Hello,

            I am completely new to PE, but have been reading alot and are very eager to learn. I am 100% average in size. When I started stumbling accross PE over the web, I became very interested. I have to say, Im pretty exited and optimistic. My long term goals are to have an errect 9-10'' penis and a girth of 6-6.5'' Is this possible?

            My leading question to begin on my journey is this: Can I supplement my beggining routine ( 10 min warm up / 5 min stretching / 10 min jelq session 3-4 days per week) with the use of an extender like the x4 labs deluxe model? Being careful not to overdue, my day would look like this. Morning PE workout 6:30-7:00am / 3 hours of traction at 900 grams 5 days per week)

            I am looking forward to slowly increasing my jelq time over 5 weeks to around 25 min. (same for the other exercies in the beginning routine)

            Please let me know if this is a good start.

                    I have been training for almost 3 weeks now. It looks like that:
                    For a start a little warm up with hot water, then stretching in each direction for 15 sec. Next warm up again with hot water for 10 minutes, and 300 jelqs(for the first week, now it is 10 minutes of jelqing). I train 6 times a week. And my question is whether is it or isn't too much for the beginner? What kind of training would you suggest guys? And does it have any bad consequences at all? Thanks

                      I am new to this as well. I'm trying to find out the same info. I think the book is saying that rest days are required so that the penis has time to recoup in between sessions for the beginner. I have also been reading about good and bad (PI's and NI's) Positive indicators /and Negative indicators.
                      If you are training 6 days without any negative indicators then I guess you can continue until you have NI's.

                      I want to train 4 days per week on PE excercises to start and add the additon of an extender like ( X4 labs ) after those workouts for 3-6 hours. I also would like to know if that is recommended for the beginner.

                          Where have you read abut them? I can't find it. Hmm, I've read only about that: Penis Enlargement Gym - Penile Injuries
                          I've noticed that my penis becomes stiff sometimes, but not all the time. It's like hard or sth,but isn;t bent. I hope it's not that peyroni thing...And the top of glandis became white, but Im not quite sure if I had it or not before. Has anyone got a similar problem?

                            I read about PI and NI in the e book on this website. I think it's probably worth getting if your a newbe like me. It goes over a lot. I havent had any side effects due to the training so far.

                              • Hello board, I just joined the site. I have a small penis I hope this site will teach me how to make it bigger much bigger. I am currently at 2 1/2 flaccid a liitle under 4 1/2 erect my goal is 4" flaccid 7 1/2 to 8" erect like my screen name says I believe in miracles.
