          Techman here, just got into PE in mid March 2009. I found PE by accident while just browsing the web. I have tried a lot of stretcher including the noose (painful) and the strap (also painful) decided to get the static stretcher and has been happy ever since. It is more comfortable than the other for mentioned devices. I will probably do this until I can throw my penis over my shoulder.https://www.pegym.com/forums/images/icons/icon7.gif I started out about 6" EL and about 5.5" EG. on a good day I am NBEL 7" and EG 6". I guess some days are better than others.
          So here is my stats:
          Started 15 Mar 2009
          6" EL
          5.5" EG

          5 jun 2009
          FL 5.5 to 6, the 6 is on a good day
          FG 5 to 5.5 the 5.5 is on a good day
          NBEL 7" or close to it on a good day
          EG is 5.75 or 6"
          I hope I can improve on the stats eventually. there is a lot of info here and it seem like everyone here is very helpful.
          When I can throw my penis over my shoulder, then it will be time to stop PEing.:)

            • Evening Gents. General Intro
              28, Irish, Average to small in size - touching 6 bone pressed. Girth 4.5
              Have flirted with the idea of jelqing for a while having seen it mentioned on a couple of TV programmes. Googled it and found some info but never knew if i was doing it right or whether or not it actually worked. Have been doing it sporadically for the past year or so. Might do it for 2/3 weeks but then lose interest and forget about it for a couple of months before trying again.
              Have to admit - this site is a godsend. only found it by accident the other night. Have nearly studied it inside and out by now, just to be able to read others success stories and to read everyones views and opinions on all things 'knob' related is great.
              Will be training religiously now and hope to hit 7x5 in the not too distant future - is 6 months an unrealistic target?
              Also some on the info on here re premature ejac is excellent, thats something else i hope to master - full control of the sperm - the missus wont know what has hit her!!
              One last thing has to be said - going411by7 - you are an inspiration/ role model to all men. Are you really 70? Legend. Pure and Simple.

                You are above average at 6" bpel, by the way, good man. So don't sweat it. And 6 months is a realistic time frame. But I hope you don't stop at 6 months but make P.E. a part of your daily routine from here on out. You'll be a better man for it. Best of luck.

                  No i definitely wont stop at 6 months, as you say yourself its a beautiful obsession. Dont think ill be looking for 11x7 though. Id trip over it!!. Seriously though man, you have given me serious motivation to do this - you could possibly have changed my life. Thats enough ass kissing now though. Time to train. Peace out.

                    Hello. first i want to state that i have read plenty on this forum and the information is priceless. Actually i have jelq many years ago. but i was not commited and just simply forgot about it. Now im totally dedicated to make gains in all forms. I have never had problems nor complaints. however i know theres always room for improvement. SO lets start. i have started some wet jelq and streching. I do the up, down, left, right and straight out front for about 1 min each. i do helicopter in both directions about 25 each. I started last week. i do some wet jelqs. i really wasnt counting but i estimate about 50 per set. now this is what happens. some times my erections get to great so i slow it down. other times i dont have enough erections so i intensify the workout. i shake the my partner u and down. and this movement for me seems to gwork great. i continue with y 50 reps. after each set i massage and shake. this feels good. then i do another set of wet jelqs. i may do about 3-4 sets. i warm up initially in the hot tub. u also fill a nice hot glass of water and place my partner in. this feels goos to because now my atenr and his two buddies are all in the water. thats my warm up a few times. to kep the water hot i change it every minute. in between i strech and shake him. this really affects the partner in a positive way. my warm dons are similar to my warm up. the only thing is the water is getting cooler whereas in the warm up the water is getting hotter. im starting to incorporate othe excersizes. i have noticed a few things. first there seems to be some extra hangin. shich is nice. but hat i ahvr ntice is extra skin between the base and mid of the partner. i assume this is normal with the eventual gains that i hope to...well gain. i also did not measure. one reason. i ust started jelqing and i figured id be able to notice a difference. i want to see the difference therefore i did not measure. i do see a differenc ein my partner, like that extra skin, and the puffyness while relaxed. i do hate the extreme turtle effect. it drives me crazy. i do hope to overcome that. i want more girth for sure. and i do hope it comes around. this time i will be patien being that im now 36. i have also looked into partner pumps. they claim to help volumize. just like this it takes patience. so a few questions. SHould i invest in a pump? ive thought of pumping like two days and PE 4 days. 1 PE day just simlpe not intense. And what excersises do you reccomend i add. Also im taking 2g a day of arginine and i think 250mg of yohimbe. is there anything else i should add. thanx guys and i will surely post real and honest gains. at some point i will measure

                          Welcome Gabzor, I'm an Asian too. No one criticize you about being Asian, this is a friendly forum and a great site, but follow some rule, one of them grammar, for us to better understand you thoughts. I myself was guilty of it sometimes, but at least we did spell check before posting.

                            hey everyone, like many ppl i'm new to this. at first i was nervous n my pride got in the way and i didn't wanna register or try jelqing but after reading some threads; reading about some ppl's gains and seeing how supportive the admins and moderators are i decided to go ahead and give it all a try. right now i'm sitting at 5.5" erect and 4.5" in girth, which i believe really sucks. i'm actually aiming for 11 inches and yes i am patient. but is it true what they say on other sites about jelqing that in time you can gain any length or size and that all gains are permanent? i'm supposed to being moving to arizona at the end of the summer and i have a girl down there so i wanted to know something. how often do most ppl start to see gains and of how much? does masturbation and sex interfere with gains and does anyone have any tips for me...? plz reply

                              Basically, what I was looking for was a way to be 21 again and produce those types of erections that would make my girlfriends in college scream like I was killing them, but they were in fact loving every second of it. I do not had ED per say, but my erections are absolutely getting softer and I want to reverse the trend; also I have suffered from premature ejaculation for as long as I can remember, 5 minutes is a long time for me.                               8. Amazingly, my blood pressure is normal to only slightly high. I have been told be several doctors that actually for a guy of my size, my blood pressure is really good.
                              9. I have experimented with various things like Yohimbe ( I know its bad), Nattozimes, Horney Goat Weed, L-Arginine, L-Lysine, Maca, Ginko, Muara Pirama, Catuaba and DIM, but I want to know what REALLY works.

                              I didn't come her looking to increase my size, in fact the only time I ever measured myself was when I was 16 years old, I think every guy has probably done that. However, if I can gain an inch or whatever while properly training my penis and getting "dick control", then hey, that's just a bonus. But, what I really what are i.) "dick control" and ii.) erections like I was 21 again (or at least as good as when I was 30) in that order.

                              I haven't read anything on this site yet except about the erection tea, but it looks good. I'm hoping somebody can point me to the good sections I really need to know.
