      Thanks that is what I am doing trying to read as much as possible before getting started. I am also going to purchase a tape measure to measure my girth and I may even take pics to chart my progress.

        • Just an update to let people know that I'm still gaining. Its been growing in spurts, but pretty consistent so far. I just have to keep working it. I'll update every once in a while to keep you informed. Good luck to all of us and just dont ever quite unless youve reached the goal youve set for yourself and have no further goals to achieve with this.

          I'm starting out in Jan 28 2009 at erect length: 4.8 in girth 3.8 in
          @ 1 1/2 months Mar 12 2009 erect lenght 5.2 in girth 4.4 in.
          current @ 3 months May 30 2009 erect lenght 5.4 in girth 4.6in
          Goal: 6.0 in x 4.5 in

            • HEllo, I've been thinking of PE for a while but only seriously considered it a week ago, but didn't measure until today. I have used what the Beginner's guide suggests which is that of Babbis'. BPEL came out at 4.5" and EG at 4.9, I have a beautiful woman and it concerns me that she's not getting the most of her sexual experience with my size. I might even have passed up several "opportunities" because of the lack of confidence with my member. Also, early ejaculation is a concern, so I am committed to make this work and get the most of this very wonderful friend.

              Appreciate all the help!

              • Hi blueisle. It sounds like your relationship will be a great motivator for a solid commitment to P.E. Read as much as you can: successful routines, those members who are consistent in their posts. Stick with the winners and you'll do just fine and your beautiful woman will thank you. Best of luck.

                  Thank you, I'm encouraged by the friendliness of the PEgym environment. Yes, I've been reading quite a bit in the forum and found your postings one of those that benefits me greatly. REally appreciate it. Btw, I did measure in the morning and got 4.9"x4.9" vs. 4.5"x4.9" last night (near ejac phase), I'm confused by the difference, which one to use for baseline?

                  • hi all just start some jelq and other pe hope to do more done the road here, i read some of the forum and watch the videos hoping to get bigger in the months ahead right now i am = FG - 4 x FL - 4.5 @ EG - 5 x EL - 6.5.

                    haven't tried any pumps or devices yet but soon will try

                        I am new to PE, am just finishing my 3rd week of the basic beginners routine, seems to be going well, unfortunately, and stupidly, I did not measure prior to starting, in fact did not measure for the first time until today. It has only been 3 weeks, so I assume there is not much of a change from my current measurements of 6.5" bpel x 5" eg. I am glad I happened upon this site, everyone seems very knowledgable and supportive, and I look forward to the adventure.

                            That's really up to you, but I would use the morning measurement for baseline. But then continue to measure in the morning.

                                I found this site while doing a search on jelqs. It took me only a few days to register a name after seeing what a friendly and supportive community this forum seems to be. A little about me..

                                I'm 26, and have been in a relationship for nearly two years now. I have just recently become so fed up with my overall appearance, that I've decided to give myself a full body overhaul. New diet, new exercise. I'm inventing a new me. And one of my goals, of course, improving not only my body but my penis. While I was familiar with jelqs, I've never done much of a routine. I did a jelq session for a few weeks and had some problems from my lack of knowledge of what I was doing. Unfortunately, I fear it's caused some damage. I've rested it, but just don't feel the same that I had before. So before I get started on a routine, I'm actually looking for a warm-up routine to heal my penis before I began my regimine.

                                I've enjoyed reading the advice on this forum, and I'm excited to have so much knowledge at my fingertips this time. Here's to penis health!
