  • Welcome aboard lmbjless. I would check out the beginner guide on this site, included are instructional videos, including one for jelqing. This helped me tremendously when I started. As for how tight a grip to use, I have had luck using just tight enough a grip to get the bulge moving towards the glands. Best of luck to you.

    • Hey finally i have signed up for any PE program,honestly alot of people have been telling me that it is all fake and i have also reveiwed alot of sites and blogs myself.i have always been a secret seeker to such kind of sites and have tried some of the exercise just to feel the intensity of it,but never became serious abt it until NOW..I always had an perspective that penis should be equally groomed just like you do urself and im pretty much concerned about it.I LOVE MY MANHOOD

      I have seirously Joined in to get good results and openly to share my issues to all the instructors

      My Current stats: 6.1L x 3.75G
      My goal is to reach 8" lenght and 5.5 girth

      • Found this site today. Have always wanted to be larger but thought for a long time that it wasn't possible. That I'd just have to accept things as they were.
        Did discover vacuum pumping some months ago and have seen enlargement in others doing so, but... Pumping is some trouble. Equipment to keep up with, and clean, etc. And I don't always like the things it does to my penis. Though temporary, it can give my penis the look of injured tissues. A friend told my about jelqing. Have been trying it and like it. Did some internet research to learn more and found this site. I'm looking forward to learning more, sharing experiences, and simply growing.

          • Hey Im new to this obviously and I wanted some feeback, I have decided to do the beginner's routine and I am starting off with working out and 2 days off for the first week, then every other day from week 2-5. I do 7-8 minutes of jelqing, and 5 minutes of stretching with 60 kegels every other day, and kegels everytime I use the washroom. Furthermore I am committed and I want the best feedback on my endeavour. I am currently 5.75 length, and 4.75-5 girth I want to be 6.75 and 5.5 girth and am willing to put forth the work. I just want to know when exactly I shoudl increase my intensity and by how much, also the best way to be safe with my exercises. I do not smoke except marijuana 3-5 times a week, and I am an extremely fast healer. Please post feedback, thanks everyone.

              It depends in your PI, if your PI are good you may stay your current level, if its bad you better cut those PE or add some rest day, if it is neutral better add some intensity each IMHO in a month.

              But for now if you are not receiving any complain from your unit, complete the 90 days routine

                • New member here ;o I've tried PE in the past and just haven't had the motivation to keep a dedicated consistency. My mind has change at this point. I'm just completely unsatisfied with my size and it's time to make a change I just started dating a girl I've known since I was young and after at least 10 years of no communication, I've finally got back in touch with her. Keep in mind that I am only 21 years old :x Anyway, point is that me n her have that reaalllyy strong connection and chemistry that you don't see everyday, so I am hoping she is at least someone I'd spend a good deal of my life with if not forever <.< I gotta be able to satisfy her in the sheets though, so I'm now committed.

                  Measurements: 6.2in BPEL/4.5in EG (skinny )
                  Goal: 7in BPEL/5-5.5in Girth

                  *I don't really understand the flaccid measuring mechanics so I just go with EL since that's what counts anyway*

                  My routine:
                  Shower
                  Quick Warm Up/Hot Wrap
                  100 JELQ reps (2 hands per rep, 3 secs each hand)
                  Warm Down
                  device for 4-6 hrs

                  Are there any adjustments I should make to my routine? Please provide any feedback possible to help me on this long journey ;D

                    10 minutes warm up Other says 15 depends on your availability.
                    Add Stretch. all direction 30 seconds, 1x on your first week.
                    OK on jelq don't forget your grip.
                    Warn down 5miuntes? want to try cool down 2-3 minutes?

                    I think you should try manual PE first before any hanging and devices, well that was just an opinion, wait for 2-3 months before using those, who might know you'll gain just by using your hands God luck

                      • Clean, I agree with Epsilon to the fact that stretching with your own 2 hands can do wonders, I have been using lefty and righty since late May and have already experienced noticeable results.                           ErectAid, you are welcome her as long as you don't try to spam the site. Also, we here know that PE works and, we also have proven methods. Aaron Kemmer's book applies all the medical facts as do our researched routines.

                            • Yeah you definitely want to get your penis conditioned for pe, and a beginner routine will definitely do that. A lot of people do JP's 90 day beginners routine, it comes highly recommended. There is also some alternate routines you can try, all are listed under the guide section of this site. The instructional videos are also very helpful. Trust the vets here when they tell you at first less is more, otherwise you could injure yourself.
