  • Hey Everyone! So my name is Andy and I just joined the PE Gym about a week ago. I started my exercises about a week and a half ago. I'm doing 2 days of PE one day of rest. Newbie routine. I've also been Kegaling for awhile for my PEjaculation. I started a progress log a few days ago where I plan on recording my progress with not only Girth/Length gains, but also my battle with PE and my regular health and fitness. Looking forward to the site to keep me motivated
    March 09: BPEL-6" EG-4.65"
    July Goal: BPEL-7" EG-5.5"

      • Welcome all you guys! Great to see so many newcomers "speaking up." My advice? Focus on the process--the journey. It's a gas!! Make it fun! For me, P.E. (penis enlargement AND enhancement) is a life-long commitment--to myself and to my brother P.E.ers. Good luck with early gains!!

        • Hey guys im new to PE and iv done some research and this seams to be a good site!!! I have just started 4 days ago on the beginer routine i havent noticed a change yet but hopefully soon!!!!
          Started 24/03/09 bpel 8" eg 5.5"

          goal 01/07/09 bpel 9" eg 6.5"

            The beginner routine is a great routine! I'm sure you will see a change soon enough. Feel free to ask any questions if you need to.

              All I can say is, "I wish I'd found this in my 20's!!!" I'm 38 now. But now is the time to get started, right? I've just finished my second round of excersizes. I had to wait a few days because I overdid it on the very first try. I started reading up on it several weeks ago, bought the book by Aaron Kemmer, and here I am.

                  Just posting to say hi. I started working out down there earlier this month and found this forum very useful!

                      What up What up Pe Gymnists!!! Bought the Book for PE exersizing pretty recently, just got done with my begginers
                      course, moving on up to the first step in advanced pe exersizes. I enjoy working out at the gym, and i have been
                      enjoying working out at home When i bought the book, i was intending just to get bigger, now i have explored and
                      discovered the art of multiple orgasms that are possible for us men. I have learned that masterbation and sex is more
                      then just getting off, and a practice of stimulation and pleasure, to extend and make the activity last longer... ect, ect. I am still learning alot, and am here to keep learning and learning, Peace out

                        First, is there a page that lists all these acronyms I've been seeing?

                        Second, I'm mostly interested in increasing girth. Are there any exercises that focus on this?

                        Third, can someone point me out to an effective beginner routine? Preferably one that focuses on girth as mentioned above.

                          JP's beginner 90 day routine is good for girth: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...y-routine.html

                          You'll probably wanna focus more on the jelqing then stretching if girth is what you're after, high erection levels (say 60-75% since you're unconditioned).

                              • Hello, new here, just fond the site. It seems friendlier compared to some others. I have been doing PE for about a week now, I would say im average 6.5'' length, hope to one day reach 8'' x 6'' or as close as possible to it.
