Sounds like you are pretty much in the middle of the road. As far as what to focus on, I would target ligs and tunica. Your positive EQ along with a small BPFSL/BPEL ratio indicates you could benefit from focusing on your connective tissues.

Good luck and let us know how this works out for you.

Any new results from this thread, I started the read over at MOS and signed up for your forums as you are the originator of the theory and i am curious as to any new data that has been collected.

Currently I am sitting at about .75 BPFSL over my BPEL. EQ is maybe a 6.5 at the moment. routine has mainly been hanging and little to no girth work the past few months. Just started girth work again yesterday and my revising my routine to go more jelq and power jelq with a clamp session every other day.

Iguana and Remek, as I read your post about the theory of the tunica or smooth muscle being the limiting factor and affecting the gains. I came to believe that your theory might be true and show good results (gains) if applied correctly. Also by reading your theory I came to figure out my limiting factor and when to use the proper exercise to decrease the limiting factor and increase the gains.
I also think that this theory will help men achieve faster results if; they apply the theory correctly, pay attention to the change in signs of limiting factor.
I think you guy’s are on the right track.

I'm tinking dere be sumtin to dis one!

Well I thik this is much more than a theory I think it is fact. Everything adds up. I am DEFINITELY going to test this I will have my stats hopefully tomorrow. Can't wait to factor this to my routine starting on the 29th!

But then again I may be a bad trial person I am an 18 boy so I have a raging boner about 27 hours/day.

I thought up of a question:

              Actually more of a scenario:

Lets say Jim has his length right where he wants it to where it's big, but not too big. But he wants to get his girth up and has lets say a 9.5 EQ and his BPEL and BPFL are lets say .15 apart. Obviously the tunica is his limiting factor. How would he go about getting JUST girth gains WITHOUT length gains?

This isn't me but soon it will be because I have heard it is easiest to do length and then girth and I don't want to bottom out in a girl I am a balls-deep kind of guy. Is there any way to do JUST girth that would increase girth and not just your EQ or should I undershoot my length goal and then hit my girth goal while gaining the rest of length?

                Hi
My BPSFL is quite a bit bigger than my BPEL, which going by this theory means that it is my smooth muscle that is the limiting factor, correct?
I tend to find that I can gain girth fairly easily (even if only for a week or so if pe not kept up). I assume that this is because the smooth muscle is the limiting factor and can easily expand further to fill the tunica.
So the theory certainly seems to fit. My problem however is that I have always been relatively girthy, and I seem to be able to gain girth easily, which is great, however I want to focus more on length, at least for now until it seems a little more in proportion to the girth.
Am I right in thinking that by continuing the girth exercises the smooth muscle will eventually fill out a little more, expanding my BPEL?
Also which exercises would one recommend to really attack the length as the beginners routine I've been on seems not to help the length as much as I would like.

Thanks for sharing, but i still believe the most healthiest way to enlarge penis size or strengthen the potence or improve the kidney function is iron penis qigong at QIGONGPENIS.COM, though i haven't practised it yet. I heard there are also some courses like jelq, but i think it's fundamentally different. After all, if you're a qigong lover or tai-chi practiser, you will know it better. http://qigongpenis.com/images/index_clip_image003.jpg

Has anyone had good gains going off this theory?

This theory does sound very logical. I just have one question. If the tunica is the limiting factor and you work it out, this causes a loss in eq because of the gap. So does the body adjust itself by sending more blood do increase your eq or do you have to then switch to smooth muscle excercises?
                        starting stats: 11/20/2008
                        EL 5.9 in EG 4 1/8 in
                        bpel 6 5/8

                        first goal
                        EL 6 1/4 in EG 4 1/4 in

I have a question, My BPFSL is 1/2" longer than BPEL. So I should work on my smooth muscles more? I do the 90 day routine, though I have been PEing for over a year with little or no luck. Should I incorporate more girth exercises to my routine? My EQ is 8 - 10. Thanks

I wanted to point out that some of the negatives asserted by others at other forums regarding this theory are without merit. The theory sounds good but I can't personally speak to its validity. I can say that those who stated the theory is invalid based upon blood pressure being the predominant factor are totally wrong. For all practical purposes blood can be considered water and water is not compressible. Therefore if you contain water inside a container you cannot squeeze it without breaking the container (provided there is no other liquid or gas present). Pressure is not an issue but instead the sealing and strength of the container is. With hydraulics pressure is simply the force used to induce flow and has nothing to do with the discussion at hand. Keep up the good work!

Thank you this is the most helpful thread I have read. I now realize my tunica is too small.

"So, for example, if your BPFSL is 6.25 inches and your BPEL is 6 inches, then it falls within the .5" range and the tunica is your limiting factor."

guys. In this particular case stated above, how the heck would it be that the tunica would be the limiting factor in this case? I ask this, because, the bpfsl is longer than the bpel. Wouldnt that mean that your tunica is in actuality, 6.25 inches in length? I mean, if the tunica WAS .25 inches longer than the the bpel, wouldnt that mean that during an erection (which in this case would be .25 inches SHORTER than the stretched flaccid length), that smooth muscle would HAVE to be the limiting factor as it would seem that there is a "gap" and that there isnt enough smooth muscle to account for all of the tunica? Because it seems that there is .25 inches more tunica than smooth muscle. . .right?
