guys. In this particular case stated above, how the heck would it be that the tunica would be the limiting factor in this case? I ask this, because, the bpfsl is longer than the bpel. Wouldnt that mean that your tunica is in actuality, 6.25 inches in length? I mean, if the tunica WAS .25 inches longer than the the bpel, wouldnt that mean that during an erection (which in this case would be .25 inches SHORTER than the stretched flaccid length), that smooth muscle would HAVE to be the limiting factor as it would seem that there is a "gap" and that there isnt enough smooth muscle to account for all of the tunica? Because it seems that there is .25 inches more tunica than smooth muscle. . .right?

anybody? Please I really want to know the answer to this so I dont mess anything up/misjudge anything

As with a bike tire, once the limit of the tunica is reached, further pressure results in greater stiffness rather than expansion.

Research seems to indicate that, oddly enough, not every man has the same amount of layers of tunica. Most men have two layers, but some men only have one layer in their penis. Others have as much as three layers.
When the tunica was stretch horizontally (length) it reach its maximuim stretch, thus usually the strecth flaccid penis was longer than the Erect, when erect the tunica had already been stretch diagonally (side ways) thus its maximum erection horizontally had been reduce. This is a usual case, have not yet encounter the BPEL was more than the BPFL lenght if ever that occur the smooth muscle put much more pressure than your hand^^..

The .5 inch was set as an average from the research and interview condcted.IMO

man great article, i realized my tunica was my limiting factor and started hanging and im seeing growth and a very slight reduction in EQ but its ok its stil soo high that i maintain erection after comming. i hang one day usually then jelq the next or do jelqs in between my hanging sessions. i do about 2 12-15 minutes hanging sessions

This should be a sticky in the E.D section.
The smooth muscle thing combined with kegels could 100% cure E.D if this theory is correct. . .

What was iguanas SM routine like?

Can you give us some SM routines?

Actually I think 1 of the pros should compile a SM routine and a tunica routine. . Please, because I really feel like I'm in iguanas old shoes and if I could fix that id be able to put this big peepee 2 use

what are the abbreviations BPFSL and BPEL...I also have a question in regards to erections. I have erections here and there depending on the day some more and some less. Are NRB's an example of a 10 or do they need to be induced erections. Also are there any natural products I could take to help in this manner

Seems like a waste to do all of that research so we can figure out our limiting factor and not tell us whivch exercises will fix our limiting factor..

Do the research yourself. Which exercises target the tunica? Which exercises target smooth muscle? Do yer darn research and then come back.

I read over this theory a few times, but can't seem to figure out what my "limit" is.

My BPFSL is the exact same as my BPEL (8 1/4")
My EQ is like 8 or 8.5

                          Any ideas?

If your BPFSL is less than .5" longer than your BPEL then your tunica is the limiting factor. This includes if it is the same, or even shorter than your BPEL.

Great info on your theory. Based on your info, my bpfsl is 6.875 just about the same as my EL which is 7". You said that this is an indication that the Tunica is at is max length, does this mean i still can not add length? What is your suggestions. I have only been trying this new 90 day program for the past few days, but have been jelquing for the last 4 weeks. Thanks

That is an indication that the Tunica is your limiting factor. This means you should focus more on length-type exercises to stretch out the tunica. There is no max length, everything can be constantly stretched. But, for now, keep on the 90 day routine. Once you're done, use the TGC theory to figure out the best workout for your personal situation.
