  • Well, remek, it seems that it's a default setting---BPFSL is longer than BPEL- - what if the reverse side matches? like me~
    Should I focus on the length training?
    When I erect, my penis can hardly chang in any directions, except from the base.
    Any way, give me an advice, I need your help!

        Stretching and low level erection jelqing. Yes, to focus on stretching the Tunica lengthwise. That is one tough tunica.

        Low jelq will still provide girth work, but more slowly than high erection jelq.

        I guess that would apply to you also Lianos.

        • I think you're on to something remek and have adjusted my training schedule accordingly.


          I think my ratio of Length exercises to Girth exercises is 60% to 40% since my limit seems to be tunica (my NBPFSL is ~0.3" longer than my NBPEL).

          Lets see how this works out at the end of 60 Days!

          • I also have a BPFSL that is shorter than my BPEL. About 0.7-0.9" shorter. So I need to focus on the length exercises right?

            It seems as if I also have low EQ, which would mean smooth muscles. However, after doing PE a few times in the past using JP90, my erection was rock hard and I could keep it up after two or three ejaculations. (That led to my downward spiral...haha)

              • So is the jury still out on this theory or have we reached some general consensus?

                I'm curious to know of any recent developments because I just measured my BPSFL and found that it is only 0.25" above my BPEL which leads me to believe that my tunica is limiting. In addition to these measurements I usually experience an EQ of 9-10 further leading me to believe that my tunica is limiting.

                Perhaps I should increase my length routine and cut down on the girth work?

                  • Just from my own personal experience, before I even read this TGC thread, I have been doing sort of a make-shift routine consisting of jelqs and stretches. Whenever I concentrated on stretches and ignored my jelqing, my EQ would get worse and my dick just wouldn't feel right, it would go really skinny, limp and useless looking when flaccid. When I concentrate on jelqing, my dick responded well, full, heavy, healthy and EQ went up. I discovered this TGC theory then and did my measurements and my smooth muscle is definitely my limiting factor, which would explain those indicators.

                    That is just my own personal experience of it but would like to hear more views on the theory alright. But it makes sense for me at least and how I will approach my routine.

                                Times had very hard, consistent erections (an EQ of 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10). His BPFSL was roughly .15" longer than his BPEL at it's absolute maximum point. He had been at a plateau for several months. His routines we're mostly girth-focused, which using TGC theory suggested to that the reason he wasn't gaining was that he was focusing on the wrong tissue. He was advised to switch it up and focus on his tunica with length exercises. After roughly two months of focusing on the tunica, he's gained nearly .5" in length and .15" in girth. His EQ has decreased to roughly 8.5 and his BPFSL is now over .25" greater than his BPEL.


                                remek - Tunica Case
                                Prior to TGC theory, remek's erections were a solid 10. He would consistently maintain an erection after he came. His BPFSL was exactly the same as his BPEL (and in some cases shorter if he didn't warm up prior to measuring his BPFSL). His latest routine was girth-focused, which improved his EQ even more but not his gains. When he realized that his tunica was his limit, he switched to length-focused exercises and gained .2" in length and a little bit of girth in roughly two weeks. His BPFSL increased slightly further than his BPEL and his EQ dropped to a 9/9.5.
                                My EQ has also dropped after targeting my tunica. What should I do to get my EQ back to 10?
