    • When we talk about the bike tire analogy is the smooth muscle separate from the tunica like a hand in a glove or is it attached to the tunica like..... a hand in a glove with loads of glue inside?

      • Hi I have a longer bpfsl than bpel, it was about. 5" when I started pe but now is around. 25"
        So my question is, what percentage split roughly does jp90 routine target length/girth?
        It seems smooth muscle is my limiting factor so if the jp90 doesn't hit the 30/70 split, what adjustments would you recommend I make to the routine?
        8/7/14 - BPEL 6.75, MSEG 5.5" BPFSL 7.25", BEG 5.75"

        6/7/15 - BPEL 7.5" MSEG 5,5/8" BpFSL 8", BEG 6"
        27.3.17 bpel 7.25 MSEG 5.5 BPSFL 8 beg 5.75

        (Yeah!). (waiting). Not yet
        BPEL 7.25, EG 5.75" BEG 6"

        Long term
        BPEL 8", EG 6"

          • I'm definitely completing the routine without change, I was thinking more in advance for a changed program after if I don't get any girth gains.

            • If you are following the TGC theory and there is only a .25 difference, then that would mean your tunica would be your limiting factor. Also, girth gains come way way slower than length gains, so I wouldn't be worried about it at all. You can always do a girth specific routine down the line. Girth is a lot harder than length, and I believe that it needs to be given its own dedication and focus for the most part.

                  Not necessarily, no. However, if your EQ is not high, it means that you should focus on smooth muscle exercises.

                  You can PE to reach that size in erect length, and may even grow bigger.

                  PE consistently and focus on safety, if you are patient, gains will come!

                  • Well, my EQ is lately about 9 and I say lately because I reduced porn and masturbation and that improved my EQ. Should I focus on smooth muscle anyway since BPFSL is much longer than BPEL?

                      If you are gaining there is no need to change anything, keep doing what you are doing.

                      Also it depends on your goal.

                          Unless your gains have stopped, do not change your routine, however, you may need to pay some attention to your smooth muscle to keep up with the enlarged tunica so your EQ wont suffer.

                            • Ok, so from reading the article, my BPFSL is 5.5" and my BPEL is 6.625", (1.25" in the difference).. I am correct in stating that my Tuncia is the limiting factor with me.. And I have a whole lot of hanging to do?? So when the BPFSL and BPEL are close to matching, will say .25" or so, it would be a good idea to start working the smooth muscle by that time.. Lately I feel like I can jack hammer concrete with the EQ..

                                Yes, you are correct.

                                But do not neglect smooth muscle work, just focus on the tunica, about 70:30 percent favoring tunica targeting exercises.
