    Just updating the thread.

My plate has been very full over the weekend, so I had absolutely no time to play around with this!
As of present, I have another dome fully cured and another one curing right now. Both are flaccid molds. I did one purposely using bad technique and one doing as good as possible technique to show the difference in quality. I'll post pictures tonight.

I'll also be making a semi-erect mold tonight when I get home - this will give me 3 good size options to experiment with.

I can see the need for the different sizes at this point. One theory would be allowing for expansion, the other a need for friction to grip. Hope you find the answer or happy medium. Thanks for your efforts!

I'm finally getting some time to report back.

I've done a flaccid and a semi-erect mold of this hanger, and have put a little bit of time into trying them out. So far, the only one that doesn't work well is the cast that was made fully erect - it's simply too big to allow sufficient friction.

Between the flaccid and semi-erect casts - I find they both work pretty well. It's harder to enter the flaccid cast with some wrapping on, so I'm preferring the semi-erect cast.

With that said, my findings so far is that these work no better than the LG so far (definitely no worse either). Regardless of whether I use one of my molded hangers or the LG, I get a little bit of pull-back from the end of the chamber. I'ts not a terrible amount, but 1/8" - 1/4". Not having the inside of the dome in direct contact with the glans is what allows things to swell past a certain point where blistering occurs.

I'll give it a few more weeks before drawing any final conclusions - but preliminary conclusions are:
            - Pouring your own DIY vacuum hanger is definitely doable with no special tools
            - Pouring your own DIY vacuum hanger is much cheaper than buying a commercial one, even including making the mold. Once the mold is made, new hangers can be cast for literally about $5
            - This style DIY design can be simplified by not making a mold of your actual penis, and using a simple rod of correct diameter with a domed end, and substituting this for the reproduction of your actual penis during the pouring stage. It would come out looking almost exactly like an LG.
            - This style DIY design works as well as the LG in my experience so far. I expected it to out-perform the LG initially, but this has not yet shown to be true
            - If the creators of the LG took the time to make a master mold and inserts for casting in 0.1" increments, they could reduce the cost to their customers significantly

Thanks much. I'm still thinking, what if you pour some 00m0030 (couple table spoons amount) into the LG, then insert your semi flaccid reproduction (with mold release sprayed on it) and a penny size mesh (for air diffusion) glued (or tapped) onto the tip of the flaccid reproduction and insert into the wet 00m0030, allowed to cure inside the LG. When cured, remove the reproduction, clear the air passage of any residual 00m0030, replace the mesh in the correct spot in the oomoo30, then wrap penis with tender tape, roll down silicone sleeve and pressurize.

This is definitely something that could be tried! The possibilities are limitless! For the same price as the LG, you can be set up to cast about 10 hangers and experiment with such configurations.

Perhaps I'll give this a try with the erect-molded hanger, as it has the extra space for it

Is the oomoo 30 the same Namsokiek use for the sleeve. If so is there extra to make sleeves for the hanger

OOMO 30 is a mold making rubber and different than the silicone to make sleeves. That material is called Ecoflex 0030

Sorry to be a pest but I'm kind of lost what is the hanger made of I can't seem to figure it out. Is it oomoo 30, Alginate or something else. Wont to make it myself. Thanks

I've been meaning to update my post on the casting part, just been short on time. I'll make an effort to do the writeup tomorrow.

                        I cast the hanger with:
