  • Hey OnMyWayThere,

I am sorry to hear about the troubles you have been having with your X30, it can be a pain when air gets into the pump.
Here are a couple of tips that I would suggest you try to see if the valve truly is broken
    1) I would make sure that your pubic hair is trimmed and you getting good suction at the base.
    2) The valve on the X30s and X40s can become distorted if left in the locking position. When not in use, the valve should always be left in the neutral position. To fix this - allow valve to sit in neutral position for 5-10 minutes and it should form back to its original shape.
    3) Always make sure to switch the valve to the locked position when the desired suction has been achieved, to hold in the level of pressure.

If you have tried these, then I will happily send you a replacement valve. Feel free to PM me!

    Thanks,

    Lucas

Once again, thanks a lot, and I hope you feel better soon.

    • Hello Dickie,

I think getting a Bathmate would be a great way to start the new year! There is nothing wrong with asking for clarification, The X30 or X30 extreme would both fit your current size as stated here! I know you stated you wouldn't want to get above 8" in BPEL but I don't know how your feelings are about getting about 6" MEG, if either of those are a possibility then it might be worth looking into the X40.

The X30 would be a great fit right now though!

      Thanks,

      Lucas

im not looking to get above 8" to be honest

i thought the 30x or 30x extreme would be the best ones but just wanted clarification im not looking to get one at the moment due to not affording it at the moment plus i need to get a consistent routine going before moving onto it

have been doing the jp90 on and off since march but living at home i difficult to get privacy however im hoping to start it properly from jan 1st

Anyway, I'm excited to say that I've just ordered the x40 on bathpump.com. I also purchased the 2 yr warranty with that. Size wise I could start with the x30 (apx 7.2-7.5 x 5.0 ish), however there are 3 factors which made me decide to go with the x40.

        1) I've got a good 30, possibly 40 lbs of body fat to lose. I'm not a slob, quite muscular under the fat (currently 230 lbs) haha, lift heay at the gym etc, but getting the diet in check. So the fat pad may reveal a lil more length. Also my EQ should see a wonderful spike.

        2) My end goals 9.0 x 6.0 maybe 6.5.

        3) I would rather make one bathmate purchase

Ok, long post, gonna end it these. Take care guys and gals!

          Hello Zeds,

I am sorry to hear about the troubles you are having after just trying to simply clean your pump! This can be rather aggravating.

I notice Working_4_it has come up with some great suggestions and I am curious to how your progress has come with those?
          - Did you make sure that you are getting a proper seal with the black grommet?
          - Looking at the pictures it does look like possibly the valve may a little dis-formed, if you believe this is so after further inspection please PM me and I will happily send you another one.

If you have tried both of those options and feel that you are still running into problems let me know

          Thanks,

          Lucas

          • Hello Lucas, we're glad to have you aboard.
I have a question I always wanted to ask, but so far I was too shy to raise my hand and pointing finger .
How comes there is still no way to measure pressure within the bathmate? Is there any plans to change this in the near future?

              Hello Popol15169,

That is a very good question, I know the manufactures are always testing new ideas and ways to enhance the pumps but as of now they have not released any information about adding a pressure gauge. As always, pressure gauge or not the biggest indicator of too much pressure is to listen to the signs your penis gives off. You never want to feel any pain at all, this should be a pleasurable experience not a negative one.

              Thanks,

              Lucas

              • Welcome to the gym Lucas!

I have read in one of the threads about one of our members gaining primarily length with the bathmate. Is there one particular model, or technique for using the bathmate that makes it more length focused than girth? does this just depend on the person/body type??

If it is possible to gain length and not girth with it, it might be something I would consider buying. Also what model would best suit a 6.5" base girth by 7" length?

                Thank you.

P.S. Wish Harrison well from me too! Thanks!

                • I'll let Lucas have the last word, but from what heard, a narrow and longer tube should work on length.

                    Hello burtybasset,

Thank you for welcoming me into the community, we appreciate everyone's warm wishes for Harrison.

After reading your size I can see why your primary focus is on length! There is no Bathmate that focuses primarily on length, they focus on gaining both girth and length. When I am focused on gaining majority length opposed to girth - I will then use the Bathmate in conjunction with a great stretching routine, which I will happily give you if you'd like.

Here is a link to our model guide. I would recommend the X40 for your size.

                    Thank you,

                    Lucas

                      • I've been using my Hercules for about a month now and it's been amazing so far, but today I had a little trouble with it. I'd fill it up with water in the shower, and go to enter it, but when I start to pump (as I pull it back towards my body) it ejects water as it should but it immediately pulls air back in, almost like the non-return valve isn't moving as it should be. I was able to make it work (sort of) if I kept my finger on the black button and pulled it back manually and sort of caught it on the upstroke of the pump to close the valve back up.

I did a little homework and found a YouTube video on how to clean the valve assembly and plan on trying that tonight, but I wanted to get some feedback and see if there was something I was missing.
                        11/20/14 (Start) - BPEL: 7" x 4.8"
                        Current - BPEL 7.25" (+0.25") x 4.87" (+0.07")

                        Short-term: 7.4" x 5"
                        Long-term: 7.75" x 5.5"

                        • Hello Suspense2006,

I am sorry to hear about these problems that you are running into. To me it sounds like an unfortunate valve problem.

                          Please try this:
                          1. Press down on the valve hard several times,

                          2. Press down and turn it clockwise several times.
The spring can be a little stiff on new ones.
Also, if that doesn't work, flick of the cap off and with your fingers squeeze the little black washer at the bottom of the black valve.
It can sometimes get air bubbles underneath.

                          To test,

Put some water in your sink.
Fill the Bathmate with water and create a seal in the water by pumping against the sink base.
Water will be ejaculated out of the top as normal.
Make a note of where the water line is via the measuring gauge.

It normal to see a few air bubble till the pump has settled.
See where the water line is 5 minutes later.

It should now hold and there should be no bubbles.

If there is, press down the cap and twist the cap several times.
If you still have issues with the valve please shoot me a PM and I will send you a replacement pump.

                          I hope this helps,

                          Lucas

                              Hello Jbeyesonthesize,

The X40 is a great pump, I look forward to hearing about your gains. With out any knowledge of your background on PEing as well as if you have any experience with pumping, I would recommend this routine. It is a great routine for the first couple of rounds of pumping. I saw great success when using it.

A routine for using the pump would be as follows:
                              Week 1:

                              • Day 1: Pump: 5 minutes
                              • Day 2: Pump: 6 minutes
                              • Day 3: Pump: 7 minutes

                              Week 2:

                              • Day 1: Pump: 8 minutes
                              • Day 2: Pump: 9 minutes
                              • Day 3: Pump: 10 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
                              • Day 4: Pump: 11 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)

                              Week 3:

                              • Day 1: Pump: 12 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
                              • Day 2: Pump: 13 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
                              • Day 3: Pump: 14 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
                              • Day 4: Pump: 15 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)

                              Week 4:

                              • Day 1: Pump: 16 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
                              • Day 2: Pump: 17 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
                              • Day 3: Pump: 18 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
                              • Day 4: Pump: 19 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
                              • Day 5: Pump: 20 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 and 15 minute mark)

Let me know if you have any other questions.

                              Thanks,
