  • Hello, I actually bought this quite some time ago.

I even messaged you back then and you said you would get back to me but you never did. I was essentially ignored and thought I got scammed. I'll reply with the link. It contains the invoice and all the information.

    EDIT: https://www.pegym.com/forums/attachm...id=82385&stc=1
I never received a reply from you.

      • Hey Bobby,

Well this is some product you guys have here. A box for an unfamiliar device with no instructions whatsoever. And yes-- I got the DVD, someone at your company QC'd that and was like "Yup, that's good, ship'em out."? I mean, c'mon man, the DVD has a guy putting it on a dildo, that's not helpful, and no real run through of tension system. I shouldn't have to be sitting on the internet searching forums about how to use this thing properly, I paid over $300. You guys need to act like a real company and write a manual or make a more detailed DVD with SOUND.

I just got my device today. Like everyone else, I'm experiencing the tension bar confusion. And I've read through the thread, there's no clear answer here. You guys need videos about setting tension, some of the posts requesting this are a year old and you haven't come through. Yeah, I saw that guy's video as well, do not repost. It's not helpful, it does not address the issue about what it should actually look like when you rotate the thumb screws while it's attached to the penis.

The lines on the hexagonal bar do not disappear into the spring bar. I have no clue what kind of tension I should really be feeling, the answers are all over the place. The rods have popped out several times trying to adjust the tension, one hexagonal rod gets stuck and doesn't move.... there're just all kinds of problems here, and it mostly stems from the fact that I have not clue what I'm doing because there's no real video from the company explaining exactly how to use it. I probably should have just gotten the Phallosan.

In summary you turn the hexagonal nuts inward while you are wearing it to increase tension. The grooves should be flush with the tension setting selected.

Your feedback is very much appreciated and SizeGenetics will use it for future reference. We will see what we can do to make things more clear.

            • Hello Bobby, when can I expect a response and by whom? I'll be blunt, I kind of expect not to be contacted at all again, following my previous experience with the company.

Ok well the hexagonal nut on the left side gets stuck, and the whole rod ends up turning on both side. Both rods popped out at some point while I was trying to adjust the tension over the 2 hours I was just trying to figure out how to work the thing.

And beyond that, the short period of time where it felt secure, the markings on the hex nuts did NOT disappear into the "Dynamic" bars as I believe they're labeled.

My suspicion is that my device is perhaps faulty? I'm willing to grant that. If you suspect that as well, then I would appreciate you coordinating with me to have this one returned and new one sent out. Apparently people here have had trouble getting in touch on their own.

If the threads are lubricated but you are still experiencing problems with the device then it may be faulty.

Firstly, are you authorized by SizeGenetics to provide technical assistance and device troubleshooting to customers, to the affect that following your instructions will not void my ability to return the device?

                      • Bobby it's pretty apparent to me that you've never actually handled one of these.

Took the second day off as per GLL's guide, playing with this thing again now. The hexagonal nuts actually both extend by rotating clockwise. the round nuts at the bottom twist in opposite directions to extend or retract. But you still haven't addressed the question about the tension markings "disappearing" into the dynamic rod.

                        • I do have experience in dealing with extenders
My own experience isn't the only reason why I'm instructing the nuts be turned inwards, see: http://www.averagepenissize.com/adjust-sg-tension-rods/

"Last Updated: 2016 Adjusting and increasing sizegenetics tension is the most misunderstood aspect of the extender. The tension rods on SizeGenetics is very simply done. You twist the bars near the base of the extender, and rotate them inward. Increasing the tension adds length extension to the extender WHILE YOU’RE WEARING IT."

The bottom of the rods should be flush with the notch noting the level of tension. The threads at the bottom should not be visible once the desired degree of tension is set. If they are then an extra rod piece should be added.

I am a liaison for SizeGenetics and report to both this site and SG directly. I can authorize training advice but not any repair instructions that would void any warrantys.

Well is it the bars or the nuts?

Let's get some terminology straight, that would help.

OK. There's the "basal ring", which is what presses against your pubic bone. Right after that are the "nuts", then the marked/notched "hexagonal bars", and then the spring loaded "rod".

According to you these hexagonal bars should move into the rod when you turn the nuts inward, so that the spring loaded rod lowers onto the notch on the bar that will notes the tension setting? Because this does not happen for me. The entire mechanism extends, and that it.

                              • Turn the bars inward as instructed in the diagram. If its not ending flush where you set the tension while you are wearing the device then it might need lube on the threads or it is faulty.
