ok is there any alternative to the strap or noose that come with extenders ( I have a quickpro one and couldn't find a support thread for it on here, so I thought this would be the next best thing). I've heard about a vac tube or something as an alternative.

I have a question about how to use this device. I have looked through this and a few other threads and haven't seen this clearly addressed. I am afraid I am using mine wrong because of the lack of clarity....

I watched the video guide that comes with the SG and it states the following:

"The Sizegenetics device should be set to 1CM longer than the length of your full outstreched penis in its flacid state."

On the face of it that may seem like an adequate explanation of how to set this device. However, this is a medical device designed to stretch and permanently reshape, with the potential to permanently damage, a portion of the human anatomy. You need to be EXTREMELY SPECIFIC.

To that end, which of these is correct (or if neither, then what is really CORRECT):

1. "The Sizegenetics device should be set to 1CM longer than the length of your full outstreched penis in its flacid state while the device is pressed hard against your pelvis bone."

2. "The Sizegenetics device should be set to 1CM longer than the length of your full outstreched penis in its flacid state while the device is pressed gently against your body."

In my case the difference is significant, BPFL 17cm vs, NBPFL 14cm, or about a 1.3" difference. So if I am supposed to do 1 and I am doing 2 then I will be using the device at a setting 3cm shorter than it should be and I will experience no gains for my efforts. However, if I am supposed to do 2 and I am doing 1 then I may be risking over-stretching injury and unnecessary discomfort while wearing it.

If this could be much more clear in the documentation it would be extremely helpful, but a response here that makes the measuring process extremely clear will suffice for me.

The 1cm guideline is an estimated guideline. When you first use the pump you should extend up to a point to where you can maintain the tension within the device without the rods taking up the tension. Make adjustments as needed.

You will need to look for extenders which use other forms of restraint.

I've recently had a bad experience ordering from X4 labs, I ordered two months ago and still haven't received it.
So what I would like to know is what is your shipping policy to Mexico, do you use regular carriers like ups or dhl to ship items here? I'm really looking into ordering a size genetics instead.

Sizegenetics uses local and global shippers as contractors. We use most of the major couriers, but local couriers can be used in remote areas.

After a month of using SizeGenetics, I saw gains. I then tried submitting a testimonial refund/free device offer request through emailing SG CS. Darren from SizeGenetics told me to use it for 3 more months and to contact them after December 5. I went from 5.6" erect length in Early August to 7.7" erect in Mid-November. I recently submitted a testimony (with pics) to Darren through email and he never responded. I actually went through my email to search for the conversion him and I had in September and I replied to it with my testimony. Please tell they are reviewing my testimony and are aware of my refund request. I am really hoping to buy bathmate with that money. I heard many complaints about sizegenetics regarding refunds... So please don't tell me that they are running away with my promised refund because they are missing out on a customer with massive gains with their product.

P.S. I am new to this site and I created an account just to write this. I also have proof of Darren's telling me to contact them after December 5 for a free device offer.

Please tell they are reviewing my testimony and are aware of my refund request. I am really hoping to buy Bathmate with that money. So please don't tell me that they are running away with my promised refund and lying about their word because they are missing out on a customer with massive gains with their product.

Thanks, but I'm on mobile site and I don't see it. I agree with you also. I could have chosen the VacExtender for half the price of SG and additionally it has better anti-slip mechanics to it. Also, SG slips occasionally.
