I suggest getting a nice firm pull going as you sit down to maximize the stretch. Initially maybe go five minutes or so. See how that feels afterwards. I reached the point where I literally sat on it for over an hour. One thing to remember is that as you sit your junk is going to pull back a little losing some of the stretching force. I simply stood up and sort of shook everything up to get real good circulation going again, then repositioned myself.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

I haven't read the whole thread but I intend to. I have just discovered what I called chair BTCs and see that the author of this thread is calling that exercise LAS.
What does LAS stand for as an acronym and is there a reference to that particular exercise on this site. My search on this site and the internet does not pull up any definition of LAS. Please help me out as I believe the original poster who is a "great" on this site is on to something that all of us guys can do passively while we do something else at work if we have the privacy. This exercise makes my dick hang longer and fuller flaccid and it is a joy to do and behold the instant results.Last edited by thinktank; 11-09-2020, 07:18 PM.
