          You might have some skin stretch from pulling your unit behind yourself, but once you sit down that bundled skin will return from whence it came!! I use some of that extra skin which is bundled up by my glans to help me get a better grip so I can pull my unit back even harder.

            im doing this now and i had to tuck my balls to the side and it just feels like there is pressure on my nuts any tips?

            EDIT:also it doesnt feel like to much of a stretch. would it be fucked up to ask for pictures of this exercise ?

              I don't push my nuts to the side, but I do feel pressure on them when I first sit. For me it is not painful just a little uncomfortable for perhaps a minute. After that everything is fine. While you don't want to sit in a chair that has too much cushion, if the chair is too firm it won't allow you the give you need for your body parts to get comfortable. As for the stretch, I get a firm grip initially, and as I pull (I pull as hard as I can. If I find I need a better grip I simply regrip and pull again) I use my other hand to push firmly at my bent shaft base from the front. Keep that firm pull as you sit, releasing first your hand in the front pushing at the base, and only release your pulling grip from behind at the last possible moment. If you don't feel anything after a few minutes, stand up and start over. After a few minutes of a LAS your shaft really loosens up, so repositioning your unit a second time can be even more effective. Done correctly, once you are seated, there should be puffiness in the front down by your pubic bone area (that puffiness is the top of your sack that is puffed up on each side), you should feel a channel down the middle between your sack (obviously caused by your penis being pulled between them), and most importantly, you should feel pulling on your upper ligs. It is this pulling of your ligs that is key, not the pulling of your shaft. You aren't really stretching your unit all that much after you sit down, but you are putting pressure on those ligs. That will eventually begin to stretch them, which in turn will allow more of your inner penis to become exposed. It is this inner penis that once exposed, results in a longer flaccid.

                  So I will start these today. My questions is, with the lig gettign stretched will it cause my upward curve to go away when I'm erect? I do not want to lose that curve.

                    If you are talking about an upward curve in your shaft, LAS's won't affect that. If you mean your erection points straight up, it might cause your erection angle to decrease a little.

                      Tried this last night and woah I know its gonna help flaccid gains. I stood up and my unit was hanging nice!
                      I didn't see the point of them before but now 'I get it'

                      Its all about the upper leg stretch, nothing to do with pressure from sitting on the shaft really.

                      I want to be a shower AND a grower haha

                        What sucks about doing these at night when sleeping, is that instead of waking up with a rock hard boner, you wake up with a nice hang.

                        I guess it depends on what you prefer.

                          Bumping this to thank you RBI!

                          I've been doing the LAS a lot for the last 3 weeks, mainly because I was sick of my decon break, I spend plenty of time sitting down studying for exams which gives me ample opportunities to do the LAS, and also out of sheer boredom while waiting for my hanger to arrive!

                          Anyway, when I first started PE I couldn't do these as my flaccid wasn't long enough, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that I now can I've been doing several 10-15mins sets daily along with fowfers at night as I go to sleep and my flaccid has become remarkably, and noticeably, thicker and slightly longer!

                          In fact, last night my girlfriend even commented on my flaccid! (First comment, remark, or compliment I've gotten since starting PE)

                          Also, I was edging yesterday afternoon and decided to measure just for the hell of it... I measured an extra 0.2cm This could very well be due to measuring error, or particularly good EQ, but I was shocked nonetheless.

                          TL;DR: The LAS is awesome!

                            Oooh, so I've been doing these wrong all this time? I always moved my balls to the side and let them rest out front. Probably why it feels so uncomfortable on my skin!

                              I have been doing these bundled much more frequently lately, and I love em. When done my unit is puffed up almost as if I had done a jelqing session. LAS's have always been viewed as a flaccid gain exercise, but I think doing these bundled might affect erect girth. I have cut back on my girth routine and started loosing size rather quickly. However, since I started doing these bundled more often I seem to have stopped that loss. When bundled your base is huge, I will keep at these and see what kind of erect gains I might get, or if my flaccid size increases. My unit is so puffed up when I am done that I know something has to be happening that is positive.
