    I am not complaining but since I backed off on my routine I have lost about 1/4" of that girth. That is why I am excited about doing these bundled LAS's. They seem to have stopped my losses at a minimum, and might actually be putting some back on. While I have lifted for over 30 years regularly and hard, I am not as dedicated to my pride and joy. I am larger than average and really got into PE to see what would happen, for me it was no big deal (I am not making light of guys who have genuine concerns about their size). All of my girth gains have come from UJ's and UV's.

      I'm not sure about your starting size though, how much did only UJs and UVs give you in terms of gains? PE is so random, people gain from this, while others don't gain jack from that.

        I gained almost 1 1/2" MEG prior to cutting back. More than that at the base. But you are dead on about being random. I gained almost nothing in length while I was trying for that.

          I spoke with NCC707 (hey) via PM. He has gained around 3" in length and over 1" in MEG, and during his time, he never warmed up or down, he never took "off days", but just did it whenever he felt like it, he gained girth and length at the same time (which kind of goes against the TGC theory), and I'm sure there are more steps he didn't follow, yet he gained that much. Everything manually.

          Like I said, it's so damn random. Gained 1.5" MEG, but almost no girth? Damn, your unit must have looked different

            Thank you for the info!
            I have a quick question. With a curved penis. Would rotating, to where the curve points side of the shaft, to be against the chair possibly assist in straightening out the curve?

              These work great for me the first 2 minutes, but after that I can't feel any tension. Is it still doing it's job? Should I feel a tension?

                Make sure you are firmly sitting on your unit to help prevent it from slipping. If it slips some of the tension will be lost. Make sure to firmly pull and sit on it. Leaning backwards will also increase the pull. Do your initial setup, then if you loose some tension stand up and re-position yourself again. In addition, it is sort of like touching your arm. You feel yourself touching yourself, but if you leave your finger on your arm that feeling disappears quickly, even though nothing has changed.

                  Thanks! Yeah, but it's not slipping. I just can't feel anything on the upper side of the penis, where it should tension. But, maybe it does what it should.

                      I have a question about doing these with an upward curved penis. Apparently I have a high LOT and that benefits most from stretching down and behind. When erect is it about a 45 degree angle upwards (in addition to the penile curve).

                      Will these loosen up the ligaments pulling it up so high so it sticks out straighter when erect and potentially add length to high LOT guys?

                        Let me ask a question... So, resuming, this technique is getting your flaccid penis into your cheeks, and sitting down so your pube superior muscles begin to stretch, aswell the penis?

                        Also, I've got a few, quick-answerable questions:

                        - How much time do you recommend to do this after a one hour, regular PE session?
                        - Can this affect to erect gains in a good or a bad way?
                        - Can this affect to EQ?
                        - Is it recommended to heat the penis first, or do the warmdown after it?

                              I personally feel that I got over my girth plateau when I started to do these bundled/heated. My theory behind it was to loosen my tunica up so that my CC's could expand more. Whether that is the actual reason or not I don't know, but I did break through the plateau. I do not think these add to erect length gains. Basically this exercise pulls out some of your inner penis, so your flaccid hang is longer. However, that hidden penis used to come out when you got erect (thus your erect length was longer than your flaccid), so now when you get erect that part of your unit is already out. The exercise might affect EQ only if you did them for a while and immediately or shortly thereafter you wanted to have sex, it might be fatigued. Other than that example I doubt it will hurt EQ, but probably won't help it either. One of my best times for doing these is right after a jelqing session. I don't get a lot of twist because my shaft is still full of blood, but I twist it as much as I can and then pull it back behind my like normal. That's a nice piece of meat I am sitting on - can definitely feel it under me - LOL!!! I sit on it twisted in one direction for various amounts of time, then stand up and retwist it in the other direction and do it again. I do think that these might lower one's erection angle. I know it did a great job on my flaccid hang angle. My unit sort of hung at a 45 degree angle prior, now it points straight down, snuggled nicely against my sack. My flaccid hang is one of the best things for me to come out of PE. Doing these heated takes the place of pre-heating, but I never warmed up anyways before doing these unheated.
