I probably do the Fire Starter for maybe a minute or two only. Certainly can go longer, but your shaft gets a real nice massage in short order from this. I do my Fire Starter bundled now. I have done these sometimes after one of my UJ or UV sessions. Don't get much twisting since my shaft is so engorged with blood, but it feels pretty good down there!!! A few rest days here and there won't hurt. When I do Bundled Fowfers, I twist my penis real tight and usually around 20 minutes to a half hour it starts to tingle. I release it then. When doing Bundled LAS's I can sit on it for an hour or so, but I suggest you give it a try for maybe 10 minutes or even less initially. I don't know if I'm doing it right. After I stretch the penis and put it between my butt cheeks, I sit still holding it with one hand. But when I release this hand I feel like it's not stretching so hard anymore. I feel any extreme stretch more in the fat pad region, not in the penis itself01/10/16 - BPEL: 5,6" NBPEL 5,1" MEG: 5,47"

That's^^^exactly what you should be feeling! LAS is a ligs stretching exercise to expose more of the "inner penis" inside you. Hi guys.
I'm putting together my own PE routine and reading up on all of the most notable threads I can find, so any help is appreciated (be it specific to my question or pointing me in the right direction).
My plan is to start doing a Regular LAS routine while at work, monitor the results, and evolve my routine with some Bundled LAS.
My question is of frequency and volume. I know I should be doing it anywhere from 10-60 minutes (gradually building up to that time, I imagine), but can/should I be doing this every day? Every other day? Multiple times per day? Obviously I'm excited to get started and see results, but I also don't want to overdo anything.
As of now my plan is to Jelq every other day in the morning in the shower before work. Do LAS and RKs at work. And then return home and do some edging/ballooning. I want to try and fit all of this in within my current schedule which is why I try to incorporate it into my shower/job as much as possible.
EDIT: LAS went very well at work (I was worried about actually getting situated because I don't have my own office, but was able to find a good chunk of time to set up). Did anyone doing the LAS for longer time see any drop in erection angle?...The hammer i speak of is my manhood.

I started this week doing the LAS. My question is, how many times per week can I do LAS? It is safe for beginner to do them everyday prior JP90 routine or it is too much intense?

After having done these for several years now, I am completely familiar with how my body responds to this exercise. One of the biggest drawbacks to PE vs weight lifting for example, is that it is much more difficult to determine when one has done too much or too little. I know if I can make one more rep when I bench but knowing how many more reps or minutes to go in PE takes a lot of experimentation to figure out.
One of my strongly held beliefs in PE is that a long stretch is better then several short ones. I also believe that when jelqing one long set of regular jelqs or V's is better than breaking them up. To my way of thinking, once you have your penis in a condition that it is conducive to growth because the area you are specifically working on is fatigued, keep at it. It is with this in mind that I feel one longer session when doing the LAS is better than several short ones. You want to stretch those ligs, and once you have started accomplishing that, keep the tension on. Doing shorter sessions means having to get back to that tension level you already were at which is wasted time in my book. The question that each individual has to determine is what is that optimal time. I can easily go for an hour or so, but that might be extremely excessive for the next guy. I feel it would be better to periodically stand up and "refresh" your unit then get back on it if you feel the need rather than doing shorter sessions throughout the day. That is my opinion, it doesn't make it right and if it is right for me, maybe not you.
Because it is such a discreet exercise once you are situated, and because your hands are free after getting yourself in position, it is the perfect exercise regarding the need to find time or privacy. If you were doing a standing stretch holding your junk for an hour, not only would you tire out, but the boredom it would entail would cause you to quit doing it. The beauty of this bad boy is that once you are sitting you are free to do whatever you want - watch tv, work on the computer, read, listen to music etc.
For guys new to this, maybe do a 10 - 15 minute session once a day for a week or so. Maybe skip days where you are hitting your penis real hard with other PE exercises. For myself, I actually get off doing an LAS session after a real good UJ or UV session because my junk is so engorged from the jelqing that it "feels pretty cool" sitting on it afterwards. The drawback there though is that my unit does turtle a little after a jelqing session temporarily, so if you aren't fortunate enough to have enough length it makes it difficult to get it stretched underneath yourself.
Several components to this exercise to make it more effective are worth repeating. If your unit isn't at or near its normal flaccid length, use a hot wash cloth or similar activity for a short period of time to get it there. Obviously the longer your unit is at the time you are trying to get it underneath yourself, the better the session will go. Also, if you do sit on it for even a few minutes only, if you stand up it will be at a longer flaccid length, which will make repositioning it easier. Don't sit on a hard chair or one that has too much cushioning. The hard chair hurts and if there is too much cushioning your unit will slip out easier. As you are about to sit use your hand not pulling on your shaft to push down near your pubic bone area and the base of your penis, and at the same time sit down in a front-to-back fashion. This helps to lock your penis in position and helps prevent is slipping as you finish sitting. Done correctly - especially for guys new to this - you will feel a good amount of pressure on those upper ligs. You might even describe it as a little painful. That discomfort will go away in a matter of seconds. If it doesn't, stand up and reposition yourself again, or perhaps use a little less tension as you stretch it. As for your nutsack: I have a decent package and I have no problems simply pulling my junk straight back and between each teste. Others prefer to hold there sack to one side as they sit. I don't do this because I don't have any problems sitting on them, and because I use my other hand to help hold my junk in place as I sit.
Just prior to and right after my LAS sessions, I do my Ultimate Warmup Exercise for a few seconds to both get the blood and muscles relaxed prior to, and to get fresh blood into my shaft just after. I think I did lose some erection angle, but to be honest it wasn't something I thought about or paid attention to. A rock hard dick that has a slightly lower erection angle will still get the job done nicely!!! Having a longer hanging flaccid, a situation that you are in 99% of the time vs being in an erect state, may or may not be worth the price of admission. Regarding doing LAS's bundled: I have stopped doing these as I think they may be too much on my shaft. It is rather extreme, especially since I bundled my shaft as tightly as I could prior to sitting. If you do do these bundled, make sure to bundle your unit in both directions frequently. For some reason I can't figure out, I had trouble getting a good grip when I bundled clockwise (looking down at my penis) but no problem at all when going counter-clockwise. The tension at your base is very intense and quite different depending on the direction you twist. Because I wasn't evenly splitting time between directions, I was worried that it might affect my base.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"
