I haven't really read complete 7 pages and I'm sorry if this was mentioned but I noticed much less discomfort and think it helps the exercise. I warm up my rice sock make regular LAS and then sit with my dick stuck between cheeks on the rice sock so lets say one side of the penis is laying down on the warmed rice sock. Benefits i get from this is, warmed up dick through complete exercise, really REALLY comfortable, penis doesn't retract like when I was sitting on a cushion, also noticed it stays plump for me longer, probably because of heat.

Never had a lot of luck with my rice sock. It was always too hot, but cooled too quickly. I know others love em. I prefer a heating pad for long lasting, steady heat. Can't speak to hanging, but within moderation I think this exercise is a very good supplement to girth work. I sometimes do it right after my jelqing sessions. Have to say with my unit plump from the jelqing it feels pretty darn good while I sit on it!!! Naturally I can't bundle it nearly as much as when it is in its normal flaccid state. You know how your unit feels after hanging, and if you do this just monitor how it reacts. Not being the sharpest tool in the shed I finally figured out why my glans has a puffy ridge on it when I finish doing these. It is because my glans ends up between my butt cheeks and the ridge is formed because that part of my glans was up inside it. I never worried about it because it always went away shortly after finishing, but I have often wondered what caused it.
I have also come to the conclusion that doing regular LAS's will not cut off circulation to your unit, so sitting on it for an extended time is not dangerous - in my opinion. I have often sat on it for over an hour at a time without negative consequences. Early proponents of this exercise often cautioned about "coming up for air" every 10 minutes or so, but I do not buy into that. However, when I do these bundled I don't go as long.
Finally, you know you had a good LAS session when the top base of your penis is sore - not painful - sore. This is the best indicator that you have really stretched your upper ligs, which is exactly what this exercise targets. I do everything intensely, including these. I pull my unit as hard as I possibly can as I sit on it. The better the stretch, the better the results. I am not into half-assing anything.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

As I mentioned in another thread I have started to use my coffee travel mug to heat my junk. My sack pressed up against it and my unit wrapped around the side works great. A few minutes of this and I can bundle myself like crazy and then do my Bundled LAS. Maximum stretch and twisting for maximum effect.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

I have been looking to get a longer flaccid. I am a grower and have been trying to incorporate LAS into my routine.
I have a regular desk job and my own office, so I try to do an hour of LAS three times a week.
However I have been having a problem, my unit shrinks and it won't stay under my cheeks.
The solution to this came for me when I combined traction wrap with LAS.
I use a sport bandage and it keeps my unit stretched out when flaccid.
Now I traction wrap and then LAS. I have no problems with it "slipping" anymore and can keep the stretch for a full hour.
Thought I would share

I love these and have been doing them now for quite some time. One thing that I was guilty of was that though I stretched my unit out prior to sitting down, I wasn't holding the stretch as long as I should have. After getting a firm grip on my bundled shaft and bringing it between my legs, I now hold that stretch for perhaps 10 seconds or so in order to maximize the stretch as much as possible before sitting. The size and firmness of the puffed up area just above the end of my shaft lets me know how effectively i have both bundled and stretched my unit after sitting down.
