    Pumping with a jelqing routine worked for me. I gained close to .4" of girth in two short months. I stopped to work length, because you must get to your desired length before you start working on your girth. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

    I am looking forward to returning to girth in a couple years once my length gains are realized. I own both bathmates, and will purchase a penomet, because it is the size in between the two bathmates - the size I need. I will also incorporate a PGE1/chemical protocol in my girth routine. It makes sense to do while working girth if your goal is big penis by any means necessary. I may look into clamping as well, but I think pumping + manual exercises is the way to go.

        Haven't measured for about a month. Last measured 7.75" x 5.75"... bone pressed.

            Damn you've gained 3 inches and 1 inch girth? That's effing impressive NCC. You're motivating me to go do some girth work! So you just do what you can every day, no days off? This is a very good thread

              For length, I tried hanging, but then realized I can get the same results with 'high tension/intensity' stretching, so I ditched my homemade hanger. So I would say that within 6 years of hanging and light stretching, I gained 2"EL. I was never consistent and would constantly give up for months at a time, thinking I would never gain. Almost 2 years ago, I stumbled across some articles on Thunders that introduced me to a whole new world of PE, girth based exercises and advanced girth exercises (clamping). After a few weeks, I found PEGym and decided to try the advanced routines since I was just about conditioned enough. Here is where I started making noticeable gains, both in length and girth. With these girth exercises, and adding in the "high tension/intensity" stretches, I have gained 1"+EL and 1"EG.

              BTB, I hate routine, schedules, because I like to have the freedom to be flexible with my time. I have always done what I can, when I have the time. I do at LEAST one exercise a day, so that way my penis is always ready for anything advanced when I have an opening to PE. There have been days, and in rare instances where I have been unable to PE, which I would say could be considered rest days. Once you are properly conditioned for advanced stuff, I dont feel rest attributes to gains. If you over do your exercises and tire your penis, then of course it will need time to recover. If you don't over work/train, then rest shouldn't be a factor.

                    It amazes me how you after 2" of gains, even started to gain 1" inch more just because you learned about the advanced exercises... Would you say hanging really didn't give you that much gains, but the manual stuff did?

                    Also, I'm not sure what age you were the first time you started, but I assume you were fiinished puberty

                      I am 29 years old. When I was 21, I ordered MagnaRX, a so called "enhancement pill" that could make your penis grow !UP TO FOUR INCHES!. It was new and I saw the ad in a car magazine while sitting on the john at work. Lol...

                      It came with instructions to assist in penile growth, the stretch. After seeing nothing more than increased EQ with the pills, I never reordered. I felt there was no hope for my small penis, until I searched the internet for "penis stretching exercise ". I found what I was looking for, and alot more. That's when I got my hope back, started jelqing and streching, and noticed better EQ than the pills gave me, and slight gains in length and thickness.

                      I never stuck with it, wasn't motivated. So I didn't gain very fast. It was very frustrating for me. Then one day I got motivated and stayed consistent. MOTIVATION is what's making these gains a reality for me.

                          Hanging worked well, but got tired of doing it for length gains. I may hang again someday, as it's great for base girth. I call that spot the "burl".
