Hey so first time posting ever on PE been lurking for awhile now. Saw your post and went through it which actually motivated me to create an account and start contributing. Just have to say, NCC you're like my dick twin i wouldn't be able to tell if it was my dick or yours if I put them side to side. I'm a smaller version though I started 3 months ago without really measuring prob around 6" BPEL and 4.75" erect girth. measured recently I'm at 6.25" BPEL and 5" erect girth now. Dunno if its really working since I never really measured to begin with and my dick really varies on size depending on how turned on I am. Anyways I've been primarily working on Girth, I barely do any length. I havent really had a consistent system, started with only vjelques at 40% erection (have trouble getting hard if I'm doing exercises) then started doing 4-5 sets of Ulis at 40-60 seconds each. I noticed my dick can take alot of punishment I havent really ever felt sore. I started doing jelques just for a start up but I don't ever really feel anything from them. Looking at this thread tho is encouraging me to push harder. I don't really do any stretches or supplements. Probably going to buy a clamp today from walmart and try it out. I want to be able to feel sore so maybe I will start trying out bends.
Uli's as much as I can everyday. Sometimes without warmup but light ones.Tunica tugs, jelqing higher erection. But I guess Uli's do have effect, just try them for a month you'll
see difference.
NCC, can you describe further these 'high tension/intensity' stretching workouts? Or are they just regular stretching exercises, just the more advanced ones?
I've been pumping and clamping the shit out of my dick lately. Best gains ever. I was staying in the pump for only 30-40 mins, now I always stay in for a full hour at 3hg. I get the same massive result each time now going with the 1 hour session. After that I stay clamped for another 1 hour, and edge while clamped. A few weeks ago when I was going 3-4 times a week i measured a maximim of 6.3-6.5 base girth. I cut back to 2 times a week now, measured maximum of 7 base girth yesterday. I'm not sure if that was due to growth or just a lower EQ before.
The 1 hour pump sessions, are doing wonders for my tunica.
Sixrod, they are basically the same, but with much more tension and intensity. I also do a stretch while seated, where I grab with an overhand OK, stretch straight out and down. I place my other hand or wrist under the shaft as a fulcrum, and also anchor it against the thumb of my OK grip hand. I stretch straight out as far as am able, bend over fulcrum point, and pull straight down. I push up with the fulcrum (hand/wrist), and this creates an intense stretch, both at the base and bend. Not for beginners.
Ballooning, kegeling and squeezing with as much intensity without doing damage. My current girth is 6.25 and I started at 5 inches and especially my glans which have doubled in size. The head is now 2 inches by 2 inches almost as big as a door knob see below:
