  • What if i bought 12 months and then ended up in a predicament where i didnt have enough pricacy for pe. Do you think youd be able to help me or would it be like a partial refund type deal orr im just screwed? Btw im a beginner and my routine is a little chaotic...
    Warmup; stretch; bathmate; jelq; warm down; edge. Based on jp90
    Takes like 2-3hrs and only eq gains so far.

      In your situation, you might be better off trying a month month membership first. I can't do anything about your privacy situation though- that's something you'll need to resolve whether or not you have any coaching.

      Surely you can find some time and a place to train a few times a week(?)

      • Hey big Al. You seem to be a great resource (better than some others or frauds). But I have a few questions.

        - do you have any recommendations for pumping routines for girth. I have the x40 and I was doing three sets of 10 minutes with a wrap just under my glans to prevent fluid retention and distribute girth throughout. i also jelqed between sets I heard that my routine was too long and to prevent fluid retention I should just put a hot towel on for five minutes after. Do you have any pumping advices or techniques?

        Also what are you hanging techniques. I had a nice start with the bib when I one day all of a sudden had 8.5 bpel (I'm usually 8.2 bpel). I'm slowly getting back up there but to solidify it to become my new normal. Do you have an hanging routines that could help (I want to be around 8.6-8.7 in a few months) and ways to solidly them better. I heard dld does ujw during sleep but I'm scared of that. Don't want a dead purple penis when I wake up

            The standard pump routine I'd recommend is outlined here: https://www.pegym.com/articles/basel...e-more-experts

            You can alter that and perform girth exercises after a pump session to take advantage of the tissue swelling and residual erection. Also, training is subjective. In many cases, what's "too long" training for one trainee might be perfectly fine for another.

            Normally, I'd suggest following the "3x20" hanging routine.

            Once you can do 3 sets of 20 minutes with a particular weight, you increase by about 10%, drop the time (normally to about 3x10) then work back up to 3x20 and start all over again. You should also make a conscious effort to determine where in your penis you're getting the maximum stretch. Some trainees measure this by WHERE the weight is positioned while they're hanging. As they progress, the weight will edge closer to the floor. Your first session should be done with a weight that's comfortable for you.

            You would do the above on schedule similar to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,
            Friday. (end)

            Make sure that you take frequent rest breaks in the beginning, properly pad your penis, and tighten the hanger only as tight as it needs to be to stay on.

              You can do that, but you might want to leave your more intense pumping sessions for your girth days/training.

              • Just wanted to say that I switched from jelqing to big als squeezes in my routine and I already got better EQ, so I recommend them to everyone.

                    Post-workout warm downs (and cool downs if your training was especially difficult) will help to initiate the recovery process. On your off days, rest. Do you best to not even think about your PE training. Your mind will need as much of a break as your penis, and keeping some distance from the subject will help to ensure that you remain motivated to train.

                    • Damn four growth story is damn impressive. Again I apologize for asking so many questions but you are more resourceful than some others out there. Do you think it's helpful to kegel when not performing pe? Fill up new growth with blood to kind solidify it? Do you know any other ways to restore eq outside of rest?

                      Also how long did it take you to go from 5in in girth to 6.5? I want to reach the 6 in level so badly. Just would like to know how long it took you. Thanks again

                        You can do that if you're refraining from enlargement work or merely partaking in a "stamina only" phase of training.

                        The addition was about 1 1/4 inches of girth in approximately 3 months.

                          And hopefully one last question (I'm learning so much so bear with me). Will doing girth one day and length the other negate any gains? I heard girth work toughens the same ligs that you're trying to lengthen during length days? Can I have a regiment where I switch between the two (your no jelq routine and pumping one day and hanging and stretches the other day) lead to good gains with no offset in gains from either?

                            About half of the growth came during the first part of my training where I performed a version of the Beginner Routine.

                            For this type of routine, you'll be better off working both length and girth in the same session. There's a misunderstanding among trainees who have trouble separating how tissues adapt to stress. There's no need to assume that there has to be a compromise between tissue strength and flexibility.

                            If you're training correctly, your tissues should be getting stronger as well as more flexible. Think of the way a gymnast trains. Most of their movements require a very exaggerated range of motion which develops a high level of strength and flexibility along the entire curve of movement. It's also obvious from the physiques of most high level gymnasts that these movements also confer a high degree of development to said tissues.

                            It's also a mistake to think that length and girth exercises are absolutely mutually exclusive. There's going to be some crossover with either aspect of training- stretches can affect the tunica laterally, and girth movements can still cause ligament stretching and some longitudinal development.

                              • Lots of great questions, rep for them. I think that if you are ready for guidance from experts then sign up for meCoach, I don't think most people know how much better doing Pe will be if you have proper guidance to achieve gains. Penis enlargement can't be rushed and if done properly with expert advice it will be the quickest, safest way to grow your penis.
