    So how much manual work would I have to add? How about a 5 min warmup, 10 min pumping, 5 min jelqing in the mornings and 1 heavy set of hanging in the evenings with wednesdays and saturdays off (only 1 set of light hanging those days). Do you think this looks ok?

    Also, before I forget to ask you. What is your view on masturbation/ejaculation and PE? Good for gains or bad for gains?

      My opinion:

      -Adopt a progressive routine that will allow you to make small but regular increases each session

      -Unless you're very sexually active, add some stamina work to your training regimen

      -Take more days off, and rest during your off says as well

      If you're not sexually active, then ejaculating within the confines of your stamina work is recommended. This is not only for conditioning purposes, but also to void any semen which is built up during stamina training (which is voided during urination of not released). Outside of sexual activity or training, keep any extraneous self-stimulation to a minimum.

        I am thinking about signing up with meCoach, but first I would like to know how personalized the tailored routines can be? I mean, I have both a good pump and a BiB hanger that I would like to heavily incorporate into my routine, will that be possible or will the tailored routines only consist of manual exercises?

        Also, I know that this may be a difficult question to answer but what kind of gains can you expect after one year of meCoach? I mean, I would like to gain 1" of length and 1" of girth. Do you think that it would be possible to see those kind of gains in one year?

        And lastly, I am a hard gainer. Will that be taken into consideration when my routine is made for me?

          The routines can be as modified to your goals and desires as you'd like them to be, and it can certainly involve device work.

          It will, and a thorough analysis will be done to determine just why you might be a hard gainer. it could very well be due to something that can be remedied.

                    Hi Big Al, I am in another country so i donŽt know how could I sign up for the 3 months membership, anyway I was told that in PE basically the gains you get make your penis softer...I donŽt know if thatŽs true but I have some problems to get a very hard glands and well I have some doubts about the routines because I am stuck in length (14 cm bone pressed)...thankŽs

                      If you train correctly, your EQ ("Erection Quality"- a combined measure of stamina and hardness) should improve as well as your size.

                              • Hey Big Al, I was just looking over the mecoach website and when checking out the different options for how long your a member, it has some bullets above that say, rock hard erectiones, gain 2'' in length, gain 1'' in girth.

                                My question is (im looking for girth mainly) will i still be able to gain as much as some one who has never done pe before?
                                Because i've already gained an inch in length and 1/2 in girth, and i know there is such thing as newbie gains, so i was wondering is it still possible to gain 1'' in girth?
                                And also more length aswell.
