So how much manual work would I have to add? How about a 5 min warmup, 10 min pumping, 5 min jelqing in the mornings and 1 heavy set of hanging in the evenings with wednesdays and saturdays off (only 1 set of light hanging those days). Do you think this looks ok?
Also, before I forget to ask you. What is your view on masturbation/ejaculation and PE? Good for gains or bad for gains?
