Hey big Al, Should we kegel while hanging or fulcrum hanging? i have super tough ligs (steel cord) and want to loosen them and not make stronger. It feels great to kegel whike doing im just looking for more that have tried. Thanks!

Kegeling while stretching or hanging is a very advanced technique that can be used with good results. Great care should be taken to ease into this type of training, though. For one, you'll want to start this practice using light weight and low kegel reps. I think that the key is to find the right balance of stress and rest to facilitate growth. It's fairly easy it overtrain the penis, and in many cases chronic overtraining does not lead to eventual growth.
A great deal of stock should be placed in the emotional outlook accompanying training. It's been found that trainees who suffer from high levels of anxiety often have the most difficult time making gains due to said anxiety causing low EQ and negative conditioning. Hey Big Al, I'm not sure I can talk about this in your thread but I will try. Effectively overcoming anxiety for good often involves introspection (facing your fears). You have to ask yourself why you're so anxious and if the energy that you're putting into unnecessary fear is worth it. During training, your exercises should be done with paying maximum attention to your "visualizations". This is NOT a reference to sexual fantasizing, but to projecting the type of emotions you wish to have during actual sexual encounters. You'll want to project a feeling of utmost confidence and being completely unencumbered. That way, you can focus on all of the sensations of the exercise. By doing this, when you do have live sexual encounters your emotions will be "trained", and the stimulus of a live environment will help you enjoy the experience even more.

The first step is in relaxing while you train and just start visualizing. If you're not experiencing any anxiety during training then positive visualizations should be very easy to do. Hey Big Al,
I have a few questions:
I'm very new to PE and I have started stretching for the past month and half (no jelqs, although I just started jelqing about 3 days a week; therefore, jelq one day, stretch next, rest day, repeat).
Stretching for a month my BPEL has grown about .4 inch. When I stretched I would feel that dull tension at the base; however, after doing jelqs the day before I find that it is more difficult to feel that tension/ dull feeling because my foreskin is causing my hand to slide up to the glans making it difficult to create a nice grip for a stretch.
I've tried using toilet paper/paper towel/napkin to help the grip but it causes a sharp discomfort on my skin. What else can I do to remedy this problem?
Also, is gripping right below the glans (causing downward pressure on the glans) okay? Read that it's not good to cause any pressure on glans whether it's stretching or jelqing. Therefore, where is the ideal place to grip below the glans (ex. 1 cm)?

I'm starting my journey at 8 BPEL and 6 MEG. My goal is to reach 8.5 non bone pressed and 6.5 in girth.
Would using something like the phallosan/LG Hanger be ill advised? I planned to use the phallosan for a year, but upon further reading it seems that using it for that duration might push me past my goal (which is not what i want)
If I was to use the phallosan up to the point that my goals were realized would i need to continue using penile exercises or stop and risk losing my gains.
I was thinking of using clamping/edging as a way of maintaining my gains after the phallosan. Would this suffice?
Is it possible that the 90 day beginners plan can help me hit my length goal and if so would 90 days be sufficient time to prepare my penis for clamping.
