    If you've never trained before then your entire potential lies unclaimed. Even if you've trained before you should still realize gains- especially if you haven't tapped enough of your potential. Once I know more about your training history and habits I'll have a much better answer for you.

    We can focus on your girth exclusively if you like, and by isolating it that should accelerate your gains in that area. The same would apply to length.

        There are two main types of discoloration- bruising, and a rusty darkening due to blood cell deposits under the skin. The former requires rest and therapeutic treatments like hot wraps, massage, and Arnica/Butcher's Broom supplementation. The latter should be treated with a Vitamin B-5 cream.

          I'm getting back into PE after 2 years of complete inactivity. I read your replies to Raccoon Man's questions, and I think I may have the same issues (relatively low EQ, porn + masturbation almost daily). I read the articles you linked him, and I want to start the detraining process. How long do I need to abstain from porn and masturbation before I can do the edging part of the routine?

          Also, I can start the warm ups and the kegels immediately. How many kegels reps should I start with?

            If you can do the exercises, get started on them as soon as possible.

            Start off with a rep count that's comfortable so that you have enough training momentum to allow for increases in reps and intensity for the next few weeks.

                I'd recommend layoff any frivolous masturbation.

                For kegels, start with 5-10 reps or so to see how that feels to you.

                    Follow the routine until you feel that you've developed enough EQ to pursue a full routine. If you're restoring previous EQ, this should take ~3 weeks or so.

                        If you're getting the rest that you need, a balanced fitness regimen should enhance your PE results. This is especially the case with cardiovascular activities.
