  • Im gonna try and keep this short... Bit of history: when i was a teen i tried whatever i could think to do to gain... And i had... I started at 6 1/4 erect and went to 7 1/2... Over the years i kept trying different things from time to time then stopped for a long time... Im 44 now and back at it with a lot of info from different sites... (when i first started as a teen all i had is what i thought might work with no idea about any of this stuff) Over the years that i stopped i am sad to say the 7 1/2 did not stay... Even sadder to say i not only lost what i gained but also lost some of what the good lord gave me... Down to 5 1/4... Also flaccid became like a joke... It had gotten so small the skin would pull over the head... And it looked uncut when i am... So skip to the now... I have start again and have gained not measured at this time... But feel thicker when erect and can do nothing with bringing back flaccid size... (very uncomfortable) i can feel it tucking away... So i feel like im a perv always trying to unturtle it... (not in plane view but fiddling around to get it to stop) Then i found about wrapping the goods... No change unwrapped yet but have high hopes... Now to my question (lol short right) So now when i get a erection it has not gained in the same shape i was (tappered thicker at base) it is now thicker then it was at the top tapering out midway and no change at the base... So now its odd to me... Its thickest midway... So its in out in... Is there any way i can bring back my taper ive always had but still gain??? And thank you in advance for any advice you can give me... I need to pump up the base as it were lol... Thank you...

      Your first issue appears to be more about maintaining gains. This indicates more of an EQ issue than anything wrong with your enlargement work.

      Did/do you make considerations in your training for stamina? This in itself will be very useful, and the restorative process may restore the shape you're after. If not, once you've gotten your EQ up specific exercises towards those ends can be performed.

      What's your current routine like?

        These are two different types of routines. All other things being equal, morning training is better for the following reasons:

        -Higher testosteerone levels uopn awakening

        -No excuse for being tired (unless you didn't sleep well)

        -Getting your workout finished first thing in the day can give you a sense of accomplishemnt and make the rest of your day go better




        You might want to perform your extender work on separate days. To get much out of extender work you should plan to wear it longer than an hour. .
        Hi, thanks for reply, I apologize that I write this late, but you didn't get me on my first question. Let's have scenario that I do stretching 10mins and jelqing 10-20mins at 8am or 7am and also on the same day I do stretching 10 mins and Bathmate 20 mins. Would uou recommend this? Would it be better to do it all in just ONE session in the evening? Thank you

          My advice was to leave your pumping for the end of your routine. I also gave you different scenarios for alternatives:

          "You might do better to leave the bathmate for the end of your session. Still, an alternative is to perform a short, relatively intense pumping session PRIOR to jelqing. If you benefit more from the high intensity/low volume type of training then the latter option would be a good choice."

          Based on your workload, I'd suggest the following arrangement:

          Jelqing > Stretches (all in one session) > Bathmate

          Unless you've made great progress up until now with a split routine, you should perform all of your work in one session.

          • Hello BIG AI, I just want to know how does stretch work? Does it really help to gain length or just some warm up before jelq?

            If it does help to gain length, why don't we do stretch more to make it more effective? Such as after awake or before sleep... it seems not as tiring as jelq so that won't cause overworked?

              Stretching performed as a part of a routine yields maximum [length] results. A progressive format will allow you much better control than attempting to stretch as much as possible or in a random manner- both of which can yield negative results.

              Some stretches can be considerably more intense than jelqs.

              • hi Big Al,focus on my girth work,my routine is 10 mins bathmate for warm up >5 mins jelq for blood flowing> 10X25 seconds uli squeeze>10 mins jelq>100 kegels>15-20 mins edging.2 days on 1 day off.i have been doing for 1 month but no change in girth, why? what can i do what would you recemmond me? thanks..

See i just do this stuff and i found that its stuff many guys do and have made routines of it like a real workout... And really i do want what comes from it but i just dont make it a thing that becomes i need to do this today for this long or this many times... I just do it till i can feel the change... And really it works best for me that i can just do as i relax and not turn it into a omg i forgot to do this... I hope im explaining this good enough... I dont know i have been putting a lot of thought into surgery... Theres one doc ive seen and read about that has this new way of doing it... I believe his name is dr elist... But i have spent most my life with a complex about my size... Like to the point of being yelled at that im fine... Ultimately i just want to be able to be in the locker room and not have to find ways to get around so im still covered... I dont want to be ashamed.... But im not unreasonable i mean i dont want to be king kong i just want to feel normal... I dont want to be undressing and be thinking i hope no one sees before i can get situated and unturtled... Erect i feel i can be a bit more but flaccid i need HELP BAD!!! Sorry again about keeping it short lol..... Thank you for responding also...                       If you started off with that routine I'm surprised you didn't hurt yourself! Did you perform any successful training before this regimen? How long did it take for you to work up to the listed volume in your current routine?

                        Flaccid gains can be had by performing short but frequent sessions of a girth inducing movement- like jelqs. You mentioned marathon running. so you should be lean enough so the fat pad is minimal. This will help.
