I just wanted to give you guys motivation say that i believe i am rid of prem ejac.
I have had a tense pelvic floor all My life and missused kegels without knowing it.
Ive tried all shortcuts, desensitize myself, deathgrip, Edging, balooning.
The only conclusion i have is, there are no shortcuts, you need to balance the pelvic floor.
I was very tense and had alot of iks when walking, sitting etc. I quit kegels to 100% and tried to not have iks during the day and always be aware of the pelvic floor. I focused 100% rks with hindu squats and yoga until i felt like doing a RK all day without knowing.
I even have delayed orgasm atm but erections are only 7/10 so now its time to start doing kegels with Those rks to get strength.
I always thought i had a strong pelvic floor but i realized i was just tense and that i am pretty weak.

would you say you contributed your success to jelqing and deathgrip edging without lube? If so, could you edge everyday? I can go like 2 days then my dick is really sore. Your imput will be appreciated.
