  • p.s and don't believe the myth these muscles are tight, they aren't!!! i promise, promise you this. They are over-stretched. If you try stretching these already over stretched muscles for a few weeks you will have the illusion you are improving because you have promoted blood flow to the area, but after a few weeks these results won't last.

    When you realize what you have your improvement will be linear, week after week you will get better and better. No flare ups, no bad weeks because each week your body is repairing.

    Don't bother edging, it won't help. Don't fight ik's, this is just your over stretched pf being yanked up slightly further as your masturbate. this will just stop as your body heals.

      Of course edging helps. When a guy has to learn to control arousal and response to arousal, edging is a huge help. Can you backup your assertion that it won't?

      • Yeah im a little confused here by what you're saying Paul... No glute bridges, no stretching, and no edging? Swear that's what this section of the forum is all about lol.

        Saying bad habits lift some muscles causing APT (which I agree with), but to only try and relax the muscles without stretching??

          7 edge session. 6 success 14 - 30 min. 1 fail in 6 min.

          I edge with porn and deep fast thrusting. This is huge huge huge HUGE improvement for me.

          Im not sure is it glute and abs strenthening helping me or is it also desentisizing frenular delta helping me. Maybe both.

            Success edging session. No PONR at all. Get bored and stopped at 45min.

            Havent stretch over week. Only glute and abs work out and frenular delta desentisizing. Dont get me wrong. Im not saying stretching is not working. I just have done them ALOT for months and feeling that I dont need to stretch anymore.

                • Rub with my fingers, scratch with nails, rip with 2 hand and twist my penis by targeting right area. Im planning to scratch the frenular delta area with a fork or comb in future.

                  The most important thing is to know where and how big is the frenular delta area. The area is very big. It reach from right behind of my glans to middle of my penis. The frenular delta area is way more bigger than google shows you.

                  Desentisizing would weaken your EQ little bit but EQ should be back to normal within hours.

                          • Fuuuuuuckk!!!!! Over 2 hour of edging!!!! I was hungry, tired, mentally weak and almost crying. PORN all the fucking time!!! In some point I was repeating again and again " I want to die, I want to die". I know is sad, and is not mentally healthy thing but shit happens. Luckily I did not give up! Out of nowhere I decide to thrust my Fleshlight with the penis bending downward! It went well. Now I can thrust with deep and fast. I was thinking who the fuck would fuck with the penis bending down like that. Nobody. So I came back to normal penis straight/upward thrusting and I was happy to see that I can continue thrusting deep and fast. Went to 20min of edging without PONR. I did some hard kegel to invite PONR but it didnt come. Got tired and stop without ejaculation. Yesss, Success!!!!!

                            Conclusion:
                            This is my first success with Fleshlight. Im not 100% sure what was the reason for my success. Only 1 thing I can I did before success eding was erect penis bending downward.

                            • I have also played around with this a little and I think it has something to do with being fully erect and pushing down. In essence when you RK you are pushing the BC muscle away from the prostate right? So when you push your penis downwards and your whole shaft, even inside your body is hard, it all moves down together. This releases pressure but iv also noticed its not always reliable.

                              • So ankle pain, you have been seeing great success with stretching the flexors and quads while strengthening the posterior chain? (Hamstrings and glutes)
