Im happy for todays RK performance throuhoug the day. I did RK everytime I inhale for about 12 hour. For me this way of RK is easiest way to do and easiest to rememember.
I also did RK exersice routine separatedly.

Fleshlight edging fail. It is fail or am I too harsh to myself? I did last 3min with deep fast thrust. In the beginning I wonderinh why is so easy this time and start to thrust faster untill PONR.
Next time I will take it easy and slow.
Maybe I need to hold a long RK instead of doing many of them.

My tailbone area is sore and hurt after my last ejaculation. Im sure this pain start right after my last edging session. Never had this kind of pain before. It is very strong pain. Some kind of soreness type of pain.
I hope this is somekind of good sorenes pain after a lot of RK and then ejatulate that did something to my pelvic floor.

Fuuuck, I cant even sit on my bed! Im not even sure is it good or bad pain!
One thing came up to my mind. I write this down before I forget. Do you guys snore when you sleep? Theory: snoring means you are not breathing well when you sleep and breathing correctly is very important to beat Pre E. I didnt find any thread about this topic. I did found sleep apnea linked to premature ejaculation from other website.

I have been RK extremely alot. Yesterday I RK for about 12 hour everytime I breath in and also today alot of RK. I also got pain when I laying on my bed.

I am not an RK expert (In fact I've never done RK's, that's why I didn't wrote this before, I was expecting that someone with experience or a moderator would tell it to you.) but I am sure that you are overtraining. I know that you workout in a gym. Imagine what would happen if you do 15 sets of bench presses everyday. Muscles need rest.

Yep, im thinking same. If I really overtrained and doesnt see result this mean im fucked up. I dont know what else I can do now. RK was my last hope. I already tried everything. And you know me from this thread, when I do something, I do it with 150%. I do everything radically and over do it. So nobody can tell me that im not doing enought.

Let your body rest and pick up your routine shortly after pain disappears. And it seems to me that you're being too harsh on yourself and that you're overthinking.
You will overcome this ! Reading through your log, you seem to have already encountered some form of success. On page 4 you mentioned having intercourse for 5 minutes.
