I've started a daily stretch routine and also bought a foam roller so I hope this helps. Abs strength is pretty healthy I guess. Pelvic alignment, haven't a clue. Haven't the money for a physio at the moment so thats out of the question.Start : BPEL 6.4" x MEG 4.75"
Latest : BPEL 7.0" x MEG 5.00"
Short Term Goal : BPEL 7.5" x MEG 5.25"
Long Term Goal : BPEL 8" x MEG 6"

Samurai,Originally posted by Samurai View PostAre you saying the back pc kegel is like a pulling up of the anus? Kind of like sucking up air(energy) up through the spine and the then down through the front of the body ending in a reverse kegel.
Precisely! The air (energy) follows where you put your attention. With practice you should be able to feel it move up into your head on the inhale and you can breath it out down the front of your body back to the pelvic area (at that point you may find that you are indeed doing a reverse kegel without even thinking about it).
Essentially, you are moving the sexual energy up and down your body rather than just keeping it focused in your penis. If you make a gutteral sound while on the exhale then you are moving into a KSMO Technique (Key Sound Multiple Orgasm). If you find it interresting you can Google it and find a forum discussion devoted solely to this practice. The idea here is to experience multiple orgasms without even going to the PONR, however, they will be more intense when you can move close to the PONR and just ride the wave without going over the top.
If you can't find it PM me and I will send you a link.
This may also help you moving the tensness out of your pelvic area because it is a clench and relax exercise.
All the best! Regards!

Imac, I began this a couple days ago, and I have found it very relaxing during just meditating on my back, as well during masturbation. Of course it's only been three days and I don't expect much progress to be made in the bedroom with it yet, but I am confident this could be the final frontier in curing my prem ej for good. I've gotten killer EQ back, I have an understanding wife, and now I just need to relieve stress and combat arousal levels.

I'm interested to here from any guys who have being trying this technique for a while or any guys who are willing to try it and give me feedback as to whether it has any affect on your mental arousal during sex by reducing stress and anxiety and generally being more relaxed.

I haven't done a full 10-15 sit calmly type thing, but I have incorporated those principles and actually had some great success during sex. I was harder than I ever been during sex, lasted real long too, so long as I didn't thrust fast. Spoons position is the best because you hardly do any work.Originally posted by imac View PostI'm interested to here from any guys who have being trying this technique for a while or any guys who are willing to try it and give me feedback as to whether it has any affect on your mental arousal during sex by reducing stress and anxiety and generally being more relaxed.
Lately, with the baby the sex has been more rare so I seemed to have lost some of my rythm. I still don't feel like I have a reverse kegel figured out. Deep breathing is about all I can do to stretch that area well. Everything else feels like I'm tensing my abs too much.
I've also noticed similar things to what OldRocker mentioned, where if you focus on an area you feel something different there. But I've stayed away from that for the most part since I started getting bothersome heart palpations if I let those feelings approach my heart, mild headaches with the head. Focusing on an area and telling yourself that you feel nothing there seems to work out much better without risk feeling like a nervous wreck. Speaking of which, focus on your BC muscles and tell yourself that you feel nothing there (in an enjoyable sort of mood), that also helps relax that area. Pretty amazing what the mind can do to affect your body.

I've been on this for weeks. I'll either do them through a particularly boring lecture, or when I lay in bed falling asleep at night. My success with the FL STU has improved dramatically recently. However, I am not sure about sex though. My wife had her period, and is now sick so it'll be a while before we get back at that.Originally posted by imac View PostI'm interested to here from any guys who have being trying this technique for a while or any guys who are willing to try it and give me feedback as to whether it has any affect on your mental arousal during sex by reducing stress and anxiety and generally being more relaxed.
I am also taking other measures to reduce my stress too.
I am incredibly confident through the progress I've made with the STU that some of this success will carry over into the bedroom. However, even if it doesn't, the effort to eliminate stress is helping me feel better though.

Should you do a back revers kegel or a front one while breathing in? Or doesnt it matter?Last edited by zunamary; 11-21-2012, 05:17 PM.

imac, I thrusted away into the wife for about 15 minutes last night consistently. The only breaks I took were to re-position when she said her hips were getting sore. This was also the first time we had sex in 2.5 weeks.Originally posted by imac View PostThat's great. Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm glad to here it's helping.
For those who IM me, I credit my recent success to:
1. Meditative routine ~ 30 minutes a day. I don't focus on the RK, I focus on the breathing. If you inhale deep enough you'll RK slightly. If this becomes habitual enough you'll be able to breathe like this during stimulation which will help control arousal. Also, the blank mind you try to achieve during this will give you a comfortable place to go mentally when the situation becomes more intense.
2. FL STU practice. The FL STU alone doesn't make you last longer. If you intend to use it without a mechanism for lasting longer with it it won't do you any good. When you use it try to incorporate the skills you've acquired practicing the meditative exercises.
I couldn't sleep afterwards I was so excited about my progress, and you know what. I bet the wife barely even noticed.

Please make sure that you breathe throughout the stomach. Meaning, when you breathe, your stomach should rise instead of your chest. Or at lease, a lot more than the chest.
Try this deep breathing if you feel like it: Deep breath in, stomach rises and then your chest. Breathe out in a calm and controlled manner. Notice your stomach should fall in first then your chest.
Stop when you get light headed, and continue the other day. Morning and evening times are suitable.Future owner of a glorious cock.
I'll call it, the thunder dragon.

Did you use the meditative kegel while having sex as well? RK when breathing in and relaxing when breathing out? Or just had sex normally without thinking on that?Originally posted by bautista19 View Postimac, I thrusted away into the wife for about 15 minutes last night consistently. Posted something similar to this a while back ( https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...e-tonight.html ) it wasnt taken serious but I think this is what turned it around for me. Not east to apply during sex but its not impossible. Averaging 25-40 mins since.
Thanks for a detailed write out. And for the people in need , be patient and work hard.
