  • 4) don't use pregnancy prevention methods(condoms, pills, whatever) - and don't come in her.
    this sounds strange, but it helped me a lot! if i can not come in her and i have to pull out, i will work on staying longer..
    don't do this unless you're in a committed relationship where you know for sure your partner doesn't have any STI's! AND you really want to have a baby with her.

      I had a terrible problem with PE for many years. I think my problem was rushed masturbation as a teenager due to sharing rooms with other people! I have managed to reverse it to the point of being happy with my sex life. It took a good year of training - Kegels, start-stop etc. I don't think I am a sex god by any means, but am able to satisfy my partner most times first which to me is a miracle compared to where I was a couple of years ago.
      Anyway, without being too self-serving, I'd like to add that due to the amount of rubbish info. on the internet, I have been creating my own PE website which I am hoping will be honest, accurate and free from all the usual eBook rubbish out there. If anyone is up for taking a few moments to look at it and leave a comment to help it get off the ground, I would be really appreciative!
      Anyway, back to the post I hijacked with my self-promotion (sorry!) I really like this idea of posting success stories. All too often it is doom and gloom with PE. It's nice to see some positivity going on! Thank you:-)

      • Kegels should be combined with reverse kegels otherwise they can worsen pre e.
        More advanced edging methods can be used after geting competent at stop/start.

        • Sorry for my english is not that great, but after 5 month i solve my problem. Now i can go for ever if i want i just keep a light reverse kegel and that all. Even now if i want to ejaculate i have to kegel for 20 second and then i can make my self ejaculate.
          The only problem with reverse kegel i lost my erection strengh so i solve it with L-Arginine 2000 mg and 1000 mg of ginger 5 day a week and 2 day rest. Now even if i ejaculate i can keep going my erection doesnt go away, i have to stop having sex for 2 or more minute before the erection goes away.
          I hope this help somebody, but remember keep doing reverse kegel, it take a while to get the reverse kegel strong enough to have a good effect. So when is strong enough just keep a light reverse kegel all the time and that will help you out. If you see that you are coming just slow down o stop for a few second and start again.

              • Yes!!! I feel like I can finally post in here again. I had a "set back" since the last time I posted. My wife wanted thrusting, and even though I could withstand 5 minutes of her riding me at the time, I could probably only thrust for 5 seconds.

                Anyways, this week I've averaged like 6 minutes of thrusting over three times of actual sex. This may not sound like much, but for me that may as well be an hour.

                How I did it:
                1. Went back to square one. The wife wanted thrusting, so I figured I'd make sure she knew I'd need practice before I could last longer. She let me practice, and it works.

                2. No longer dry mb. I use the FL almost exclusively now.

                3. RK/K routine. I do 50:50 and it has helped in many aspects of my life.

                Now I just need to add in some discipline, but this is an incredible start.

                • ok I think I can finally post in this thread, my pe was horrible i would end up ejaculating within seconds of penetration and a couple of thrusts. I heard about dapoxetine and how it affects your PE, I thought I would try a different method. I went to my local supplement store and bought some 5-HTP.

                  I've been taking it for over a week since I get some anxiety from time to time, and it helps go to sleep earlier.

                  Me and my gf don't have sex very often since were kinda in a rough spot, but she called me over a couple of days ago, i thought i would pop 100mg of 5htp before i left (read somewhere an hour before is best). Was in her bed messing around with some foreplay, and i thought i'd start doggystyle (last week i busted within seconds) and i started thrusting and I ended up lasting a couple of minutes!!! this may not be much to some of you but it felt like forever too me. My girlfriend loved it and kept asking me what I did different!!

                  I'm going to keep an eye on the 5-htp and see if it is consistent.

                  • Thats good to hear fibres. I took 5-htp too but only a small amout before sex and i didnt have effect on me. Maybe i'll take your advise and try upping my usabe 5-htp close to 100mg to see if that workes.

                    • When you are stroking/thrusting, when should you actually kegel or reverse kegels to avoid cumming? doesn't your penis will go limp once you do that?

                      • Real success!!! Before it was just me doing the start/stop method with my wife. Last week it began, and last night it culminated. The last three durations have been 15,20 and last night around 30. Last night my wife even asked me to cum because she was getting too sore. It was actually a little bit of work to cum, but thankfully I've been doing a good hard kegel routine I was able to trigger it in a couple of minutes.

                        Now the trouble is our conditioning is adequate for 3-4 minutes of sex, and we're not in shape to pound away for 30.

                        Time to trim the belly fat!!

                            Lots of meditative reverse kegel exercises. I would lay on the couch and breath deeply. On my inhales I would RK, then relax on exhales.
