          I've been a member of this forum for the past few years (w/ different username), and I'll share a quick story what I've been doing to beat the premature ejaculation - I was a few pumo champ,/minuteman. Of course I needed lot's of time to get rid of porn masturbation (that's just surreal, and you're looking for that dopamine rush) and I had "pretty" constant sex (girlfriend, massages ...)
          What I've tried/was doing:
          1. I created a kegel routine w/ 50/50 ration K/RK, K hold/RK hold, from to exercises on M/W/F and reverse kegel breathing breathing on T/T (Tuesday/Thursday) - 10+ mins
          2. I downloaded an app for pelvic floor stretching and added exercises from a website I found here on the forum (at first CPPS stretches and later a link from Pegasus I guess?) - 10 mins/2x per week
          3. I bought a massage ball (similar to tennis) and massaged the area between balls and anus after every "yoga" session (rolled up/down & up/down/left/right for 5 mins)
          4. Penis stretches I found on the forum (aprox. 4:30 in all directions after ball massage
          5. Plateau edging (also bought STU but was to aggressive for me - 1 stroke and my dick was crazy: kegelling and PONR at site), so I switched to my hand + lube - 3x/week
          6. Almost all the supplements for all the neurotransmitters (https://www.pegym.com/forums/blogs/s...aculation.html)
          7. Tried the sprinting someone mentioned on the forum
          8. Always tried to be relaxed, positive thinking, breathing ...
          9. Aneros prostate massager, erotic massages (tight ass problem) ...

          Probably I've tried something else but can't remember now
          Below I'll sum up what I think was the cure (now I can go for 5-10 mins, probably more if I want - I can change pose, or change the stroke rate and it's easier, but I'm still set up this way, that if I don't cum in 5-10 min, I'm imaging the dirtiest things and kegelling to achive an orgasm).

          1. I didn't see any improvement of PreEj with K/RK ... I also fucked up a bit my ejaculation - can't explain, but I didn't find my tune ... Shooting, dribbling - the dick was pulsing quick and it was different than before so I ditched the routine
          2, 3, 4. Those things helped with twitching problems and dick jumping of every touch, arousal, so I could improve with other techniques (plateau edging)
          5. I was doing this in the morning, alone, lube ... Progressing, downfalls (erection problems, porn), everything. Because I didn't find much success with other methods, I progressed edging from 1-2 times per week (ejaculated on 1st session, every 2nd or even third) to 3-4 times! And the progress started showing slowly when I became consistent!
          6. From natural supplements, to sports, to St John's Wort, 5HTP ... All the stacks for GABA, Serotinin, Histamine, Dopamine ... maybe I felt more "happy" when on Serotinine inhibitors, but didn't find added stamina (or maybe for few seconds), so this for me was burning time and money
          7. Maybe added few seconds because you were a bit tired and pumped w/ "testosterone", but nothing special
          8. Probably the right mindset/thinking, relaxed and believing that you can do this combined with a good edging routine is the key
          9. I just enjoyed those sessions )

          Hope you understand the colors: red = didn't work for me, orange = maybe no for me, blue = maybe yes for me and green = when consistent yes for me!
          And when you see improvements, you get more confident and slowly get rid of that thinking I'm gonna cum and you don't avoid girls and sex opportunities!
          Please note, that this things worked for me, everybody is different and could benefit from any method mentioned, but please don't use drugs, you waste your money and invest in time for training.
          OK the post was not short at all, so sorry for this (and my english, some typos) - I didn't like long posts, because you can loose interest, get lost and I like to see methods, facts, results

            Thanks for the logs and showing us the improvements.

            I would like to ask you something. I'm 26 now and ignored my problem (10-20 sec pre-e) for years. Thought it would go away by itself.

            Since a month I'm working on my problem and I made some huge improvements. Not with sex yet, but with edging (didn't do other excersices yet). After a few weeks I came to the point where I could edge for 30 minutes with lotssssss of very sexual visualisations and intense strokes, imagining how I would be banging women and try to control my arousal, because this is what I find most difficult when it comes to real sex.

            While edging, I could easily ignore a ponr by stroking a little slower or by doing a rk. When I edge, I visualize how I had porn when I was young. I could last for 30+ min in those years. I visualize because I believe this is a very powerful tool for the mind. During the last days of edging, everything felt like how it was when I didn't had PE. I even gained that much confidence, that I was planning to have sex tonight (with a prostitute, just to practice and see my progress, and hopefully gain more selfconfidence).

            But, after two times of edging today (45+ min) I tried to edge for a third time and couldn't get the ponr away and ejaculated after 15 min. There was constantly pumping blood through my dick. This was the second time this week it happend, after edging two times earlier on the day.

            This screwed up my confidence and I'm now having doubts about my progress and cancelled my plans for tonight.

            I wonder: who has ever experienced this too, after two times of edging, that you don't have control? And do you guys use visualisations while edging or do you only focus on stimulation?

              • Finally feel comfortable saying I've cured my PreE!

                It will get better and you don't necessarily need to invest hours a day. An hour a day would be more than I think most people do. More than I did at least. I did a few 8 hour days of research. 30-40 min of exercises and stretches maybe 8 days a month. I was an inconsistent idiot. And 20-60 min of edging 5 days a week.

                If I had to do it over again, I'd quit porn earlier, be more consistent with my stretches, I'd spend more time early doing research, and most importantly I'd spend more time meditating on why ejaculating in <1 min bothered me so much.

                The women I was having sex with cared much less than I did. I always made sure they experienced as much pleasure as they wanted. I was being a selfish prick who wanted longer awesome sex for me and I felt that ejaculating so quickly made me less worthy of love. The first part is still true and why I'm still improving my MMO and avoiding PONR. The second part is just false. But it took me a long time to truly accept it.

                It will get better.

                It will take longer than you think it should.

                The sooner you start trying to improve the faster you will make your own post in the PreE success stories thread. Don't become paralyzed by all the information on this site and start something right now.

                I'd recommend wide-legged missionary thrusting because you can do that right now even if you are too tight for Hindi Squats.

                Things I think caused my PreE in order of importance

                1. Shame - Shame about my sexual performance made me anxious which made my BC more tense and made it harder to keep erections through anxiety's effect on cortisol.

                2. BC tension - If I can control BC tension, I'm in control of my ejaculation. Easy, right?

                3. This one book I read - It advocated voluntary kegels as a way to slow down ejaculation. I think it meant as an emergency measure, but I thought it meant all the time. From 16-32 I did voluntary BC kegels constantly during sex. I did quick BC kegels, which made me come even quicker. I did long kegel holds which made me lose my erection. I did 0 RK work.

                4. Anterior Pelvic Tilt - I think this is actually the cause of some of my BC tension. Rotating my pelvic forward puts the weight of my organs more on the BC instead of on the levator ani like it should be. It also is effect of the next two reasons.

                5. Incorrect Breathing - I was breathing front and back rather than out and in. I kept very little tension in my rectus abdominus so my pelvic floor, back, and other abs didn't get a stretch on every inhalation. This led to PC/levator ani weakness and inactivation. Since it didn't need to move it didn't need to be strong. Later on I even had some trouble controlling my farts and would fart with exertion.

                6. Incorrect Posture - I'm 6'4" so tables and chairs designed for people who are 5'9" don't make sense for my body. I slouched to fit, and to fit in to a world full of super short people. This led to anterior pelvic tilt, flat feet, adductor, glute, and hamstring inactivation, hip flexor tightness, knee pain and plantar fasciitis.

                7. Twisted Pelvis - I always thought of the pelvis as one bone, but actually its 3 bones that rotate around. My left ribs flare. My right rectus abdominus is farther back than my left. My right CC is smaller than my left and my penis curves to the right. If I lay down on a hard surface different parts of the pelvis are in contact with the ground on each side. Not entirely sure how much this affected my PreE. I just figured this out last week so you can cure your PreE without fixing this. But it affects the pelvis so maybe a little bit.

                    • Never knew about this thread, so I want to add another success story.

                      In the past, I had a PONR time of just a few minutes during intercourse. For about a year, I have been practicing edging for 25min, 4 times a week, as a part of a MECoach routine. Now I last as long as I need/want to: she comes first, and until she lets me know she's had enough. In the future I hope to practice MMO.

                      In the first month I became aware of the sensations leading to PONR. In the next few months, I could reliably stop before going over the edge. By about month six, I didn't need to stop edging, only slow down and use softer/shorter strokes. About the same time, I could feel the PONR approaching during sex in time to stop moving. This gave me time to cool down, but she didn't! After a few "waves" of build up, she would come before my PONR and then instead of stopping I would go over too.

                      Since then, I have started being able to keep moving during "pre-PONR cool downs". Instead of stopping completely, it's shorter/slower movements. With more MMO practice, I hope to be able to avoid slowing altogether.

                      To those afraid of the awkwardness of "stopping", just focus on other things like caressing, talking, and pointing out she is "so wonderful that I have to take a breather!"

                        Don't worry about controlling your body during orgasm. Women find it hot when you let go, as long as you don't headbutt them.

                            • Figured I'd give my testimonials. Edging is truly a game changer with the Pre-E battle. Although honestly the whole Kegels & RK'S routine hasn't gotten me to where I want to be but I am definitely not where I used to be. 10-15 minutes is a much needed & accepted improvement from 2-3 minutes.

                              I do remember my Marijuana smoking days when I could go for 45min+ but no need to reminisce on the MJ.

                              PRACTICING on the FL sleeves was a huge game changer personally for me because my Wife hates the stop & go stuff or take a breather. She loathes shallow thrust and actually gets annoyed when I do them. Apparently you've figured out my Wife is a very aggressive lover. She gives me a good time and I love her for it. The only Woman I've been with who gives mind blowing BRAIN. (BJ)

                              So my issue was continuously giving deep thrust without interruption . At least 50 deep before we switched position. All in all learning the Kegels & RK'S have helped tremendously even ,, tapping into the MMO thing but pretty much learning that on my own. I did pass the 15+ mark lately but that was with some pill help so I guess it doesn't count. 🤣🤣🤣

                              • Hi guys ! I have been gone a while but still tend to read the forums every now and then! My PE is cured and I can't say thank you to everyone who helped me! Pegasus . Longerlastingnoob , BigAl, Watson and everyone else who helped me! Now as to what cured my PE?! A combination of many things I would say but the main one is this website ! So much information on the forums that I would read it 30 mins a day and just read people's log to see if I could learn a trick or two . The second thing was edging . Edging , edging , edging . I can't stress enough how much one needs to understand their arousal scale and how your body reacts to stimulation . Thirdly , I bought a fleshlight STU which is very realistic compared to a vagina if warmed in hot water . Also thrusting into this gave me a sense of how sex was and helped me tremendously . Fourthly , tennis ball massage helped a lot also just sitting on it 3 times 10-20 minutes each . Lastly, this also one of the main one is getting a girlfriend to actually have real sex with . I lasted like 5 mins the first 8 times which I was okay with because I never did that before but having to do the real thing is what really will take you to that level you want . You must beat that urge to ejaculate when having sex and tell yourself , you are in control and you will win! After that eighth time, I had sex for like 30 minutes and it just got better after that! There is no excuse for anyone on this forum to not have cured their PE. All it takes is hard work , dedication and consistency ! Good luck to everyone !! Practice makes perfect guys!
