i am going to try this, i have the same problem as yours, i feel like my pc muscles are tightened and this seems like a possible solution for my problem.... i have tried doing kegel excercices but i had no problems in doing them from the start and that worried me even more... i hope this helps and i will add up some reverse kegel excercice.
