  • What?

The PC Muscle Stretching helps to relax and loosen the pubococcygeus muscle, but also the bulbocavernosus muscle. This exercise is complementary to theReverse Kegel Exercise and may help to release highly tensed pelvic floors, increasing the Reverse Kegel efficiency. Why?

The importance of having smooth, relax and supple pelvic floor muscles is detailed in the Reverse Kegel Exercise article. Tensed pelvic floors can produce and maintain the condition of premature ejaculation. How?

To locate the muscles, see Reverse Kegel Exercise.
http://www.prematurej.com/wp-content...gn-146x290.jpgWith an OKAY-hand, encircle the basis of your penis (over it) and the basis of your scrotum (where the testicles meet with the pelvic floor). Your hold has to be solid. Then push inward (in your body) and pull upwards towards your navel.Hold each stretching for 30 seconds. Make sure to breathe slowly with the correct technique (see Breathing). Inhalation will push your pelvic floor down, increasing your stretching.Pay attention to your pelvic floor. If it becomes more and more relax or if small spasms are popping, the exercise is done correctly, and beneficial effects are felt. If your PC and BC muscles are contracting violently, then reduce the tension of your stretching and breathe slowly. A gradual approach is recommended because assaulting your perineum by pulling too strongly will only help keep it in its permanent stress disorder.http://www.prematurej.com/wp-content...le_stretch.gif
    When?

Any moment with intimacy is good. It is preferable not to be too tired, because it may modify your perception of what is happening in your pelvic floor.Advices

The recommendations of the Reverse Kegel Exercise apply here, as well. Do not overwork the pelvic floor. Overstretched muscles are useless. If they get tired, they might come back to their tensed state and eliminate any progress made.Pay attention not to injure yourself. It should never hurt. This exercise can be rough for the scrotum if done with exaggeration. Conclusion

Along with the Reverse Kegel Exercise, the PC muscle stretching is an essential element in order to relax and gain control over the pelvic floor and, hence, over ejaculation response. Done correctly, this stretching can have remarkable results.

The BC Muscle Stretching mainly helps to relax and loosen the bulbocavernosus muscle. This exercise is complementary to the Reverse Kegel Exercise and PC Muscle Stretching, helping to release highly tensed pelvic floors. Why?

To locate the muscle, see Reverse Kegel Exercise.
With your thumb and index, encircle your penis just under its head. Your penis has to be flaccid. Then pull gently until you feel the base of your penis stretching deeply. It is possible and recommended pulling in different directions: up towards your navel, right, left or perpendicular to your body.Hold each stretching for 30 seconds. Make sure to breathe slowly, with the correct technique (see Breathing). Inhalation will push your pelvic floor down, increasing your stretching.Pay attention to your pelvic floor. • What?

The Tennis Ball Massage aims at relaxing the pelvic floor. This exercise is complementary to the Reverse Kegel Exercise, PC Muscle Stretching, and BC Muscle Stretching. It should be used before pelvic floor stretching, as there is no risk to overstretch the muscles with this massage. Why?

The importance of having smooth and relax pelvic floor muscles is detailed in the Reverse Kegel Exercise article. Tensed pelvic floors can produce and maintain the condition of premature ejaculation. How?

Place a tennis ball on a chair and sit on it, having the tennis ball in contact with your pelvic floor (between your scrotum and your anus). Then move forwards, backwards, and so on. Vary the movement according to your sensations.http://www.prematurej.com/wp-content...ge-290x290.jpg

Pay attention not to put too much pressure on your perineum (another way to name the pelvic floor). It is not a well protected area. It should never hurt!To prevent any pain, place your two hands on the chair, and put some of your weight on them. It will dose the pressure directly handled by your pelvic floor.Do it for a maximum of ten minutes per day. Make sure to breathe slowly and deeply (see Breathing). Inhalation will push your perineum down, increasing the pressure of the massage.Pay attention to your pelvic floor. If it becomes progressively relax or if small spasms are popping, the exercise is done correctly, and beneficial effects are felt. If your PC and BC muscles are contracting violently, then reduce the intensity of your massage. A gradual approach is recommended.

        • I don't understand... what is the difference between these stretches and normal stretches as part of a manual penis enlargement routine or the use of an extender? Is there something I'm missing about these stretches that's specific to premature ejaculation?

          • @pegaso79 i wud consider that as success!! Lol if you do alot of reverse kegels do you get sensitive penis?? Like its stimulated by even light touch haha some people say its because its overly stretched so i thought having kegel is beneficial..am i wrong?? Coz this sensitive penis is annoying..i got it ever since i did penis stretching and reverse kegels everyday with edging

I don't feel ready to put something in the success forum.
Why don you make a new thread ? Since this is a stretch thread I don't want to use other people's spaces.
how exactly did you get to 20 minutes? Give me a rough outline of your routine and what it included please, also did you have performance anxiety?

                  • There is no difference

If you look through the penis enlargement forums you'll find links to videos that show different variations of Penis stretches designed to warm up before pe. Look for the one titled penis stretches.

This acts as a secondary manual pelvic floor exercise.

It stretches the penis along with the pelvic floor which is said to help build strength and looseness in the pelvic floor so you are more able to relax them and control involuntary kegels.

I noticed my penis being sensitive after these as well but I believe it's fatigue. If I am rested and recovered I don't see a decrease in control of anything it seems the control is a little stronger.

Again to answer your question.. It was designed for penis enlargement as a stretch and warmup but it seems to also be beneficiary for pe and the pelvic floor. All I can advise you to do is to experiment with these, ensure you get enough rest and then re asses at the end of the month and see if you notice any difference in your control

I dont think is because the stretching or reverse kegels. I think i could be the way you edge, because it happened to me too.
i was edging and and ballooning, but i think i over stimulate one side of my penis , and after that i was touch it, and i could feel the involuntary contraction.
i suggest keep edging but try no to over stimulate that sensitive part.

That's what I thought. I've done manual stretches for several months in the past and I have 486 hours done in an extender. My premature ejaculation has not gotten any better from this work.

                        • Beyond the OP and MarcusHa has anyone seen real improvement? Or is this just a case of everyone being over excited over another possible cure?

                          Not being negative legitimately wondering.

Timmy, Pegaso makes a good point- you're never going to cure it with such a negative outlook. You need to believe its working before it actually does. Sounds silly but that's how it seems to work sorry.

Anyway, time for my feedback on these. It's been about 2 months now, I've probably done 25-30ish of these stretches. After what I think was some initial improvement, it doesn't seem to have helped much since to be honest. My main problem is that I'm not even sure these things stretch my pelvic floor muscles; it feels to me like its just stretching the penis shaft itself and the skin where my penis attaches to me body.

However it should also be noted that I have over a year of experience with with RK and other relaxation techniques and as such my pelvic floor is pretty damn relaxed now. Maybe that's why I don't feel anything, My IKs are pretty much gone anyway.

I am currently working on the more phdcological side with regards to the plateau phase etc. That and trying to get laid to see if all this has actually worked...

Anyway, I'm gonna keep doing these occasionally because they might help and it's not exactly a huge effort.

I can tell you now your problem isn't physical it is mental

Focus on looking at the issue from a different perspective, being positive and confident and finding ways to clear your mind. This is your only issue.

I have had the same problem. My issue has never really been a physical one. I don't really get involuntary kegels but I still do the exercises to have an edge
