  • Now should these stretches be done with a RK/K routine or will the regular kegels make things worse?
    I do have IK as well and is usually held throughout the day butane not very good at RK's..

              I dont know if its coincidental but since ive started the stretches ive been having epic sensitive penis..my penis was never this sensitive..even when i move my leg and it touched my penis i involuntary kegel..even when my.phone in my.pocket swings andntouches my penis it IV...can anyone help ?? And also i cum so quick now..even with bjs..help

              • Are you giving the muscles a chance to heal? Chances are they are fatigued and this is why this is happening. It happend to me once for the first time deciding to do a reverse kegel exercise right before I masturbated. I had absolutely no control.

                • Hmm ok ..no i have been doing exercises everyday for the past 2 weeks or so
                  this is my routine
                  Mon-Sun: penis stretches for about 5 minutes
                  every 2nd day: kegel for 5 minutes, 10 sec hold and 10 sec relaxing; reverse kegel for 10 minutes, 10-15 sec hold and 15 sec relaxing
                  every other day (than kegel and reverse kegel day): edging for approx. 20 minutes

                  so i'm not too sure if i'm giving my penis too much exercises...my gf was playing with my dick last night and i could see my penis not going to hold for long and i was right..she started giving bj and i was done in 3 minutes..i was never this bad..at least with bjs ..this constant involuntary kegel even outside sex is driving me crazy..what do you guys think i shud do ?? please help !!

                  • There is enough pelvic floor stress in the edging that you have not recovered by the looks adios.
                    Take a couple of days off and monitor the effect.,

                        • If it's the case of me putting too much pressure on my penis then im thinking of changing my routine..
                          2 days : kegel, reverse kegel and edging and 1 day off..so I can give my penis a little rest in between; does thsi routine seem ok? I'm not sure if i shud keep doing the penis stretches because it has been almost 2 weeks since i started doing them but not seeing any results .. and as i mentioned before never had this sensitive penis even when i was doing kegel and reverse kegels and edging a couple of months ago.. can nayone give me some advice??

                          • Umm adios take a few days or a week off so that you can recover , before you restart with rest days .
                            Your routine was ineffective, because you overworked by the looks, not because the techniques within it were ineffective.

                            • ok pegasus thanks for your advice..so u believe this worsened pe can be caused by fatigued pelvic floor??
                              in that case ill take few days off then restart my old routine..but can you twist my old routine a lil in a way that i dont get my pelvic floor fatigued again..? i know its a bit much to ask but please help

                              • Been following this routine for probably about 12 days. The stretches have done unbelievable things to my pelvic floor. I am totally amazed at the progress I have made. I think by the end of the month I should have complete control over my arousal.
