      Day 44 and 45(July 18th and 19th 2015)

      Pelvic Floor State: Relaxed.

      Observations: Not much to say. I've officially decided to ditch porn and everything else like pictures,audio,etc. When I began edging daily, I had good EQ and was making good progress. After I started using erotic material, EQ has been wishy-washy and progress began to fluctuate until it came to a stall. I'll go back to my old ways, even if it means slower progress. It's like alchool really. Some people hold their liquor well and for some people, it just wrecks them. It seems I'm the latter.

      I've decided to make of this week, an arousal reset week. But I'm still wondering how. Either I just stop edging for this week or I do ballooning the whole week with semen retention. With last week's antics, I've found out that edging with my hand isnt that bad. Less stimulating but not bad at all. Allows me to slowly creep up. Considering that, I've decided to modify my 5 day plan into a 6 day plan. I feel like a mixed approach might work better. There's no miracle cure for PreE, you have to try and mix things up until you find a combinaison that works.


      Day 1,3,5: Plateau edging/ballooning with hand. 25-30 mins with hand while staying away from PONR( hovering between level 7-8 arousal as much as I can.). Then 15-20 mins ballooning,getting to PONR as slowly as I can and then stopping

      Day 2,4: 30 mins with Fleshlight. This is more about learning how to deal with high levels of stimulation and perfecting my control during thrusting.

      Day 6: I've changed my expenses a bit and starting next month, I should have enough money to have some sex every week. I'll stick to cheap 100$/h escorts like Granny. I've thrown my shame away lol. She gave good service and was cheap. The only way to get better at sex is to have sex. 3 times helped by Phenibut and the 4th time, I'm on my own.

        I think you've invented a new style of writing, man! I'd call your journal a Comedy-inspired Biographical PORN-Novel! Love your "play-by-play" account of Fapping! (LOL)! I just happened to catch this post, now I'm definately gonna stay tuned! Your writing style slays me!

        Anyway, glad you PM'd me yesterday, not sure I was much help, though. One additional suggestion... I realize your focus is all on edging to fight your Pre-E, but have you considered you might be overdoing it by not balancing your routine with some PE exercises? I think stretches would help lower your EQ, while the stimulation from some jelqs and maybe deep abs breathing exercises could help your arousal control. Also, have you focused on RK's by doing squats and yoga poses? Just a thought I'm tossing out. I've never had pre-E, so I'm no expert, but I have read a lot here on the forums about guys fighting to overcome it.

        I'm cheering for you man, and I'll be checking in on your journal regularly too! I wouldn't want to miss an episode of "RisingHope's Days of MY DICK" (LOL)! Happy TUGGIN'!

          Thanks for the support man! My main fear for not doing PE was overtraining. But now that you point it out, PE could also help. After doing reading around a bit, PESG's routine looks great for me. Low intensity,so no risk of overtraining and at the same time, I slowly condition my penis for more advanced PE routines, with some modest gains. I'll need to buy that joint wrap for warm up, but I'll start next month for sure.

            Day 46(July 20th 2015)

            Pelvic Floor State: Relaxed.

            Observations: Cleansing week! Trying to reset arousal. I went to do some ballooning and...EQ was wishy-washy. About 5-6/10. Basically semi-hard. Didn't want to fap but I tried it for a bit and EQ is a weak 7. Switched between ballooning/fapping. Got close to Level 8 arousal once during session. Stopped and restarted. At 17 mins mark, I called it quits.

            Total time: 17 mins

            Pretty much no sexual thoughts during the whole day. Then I went to gym and got a bit distracted by the well endowed cuties there. So I just started fapping with my dry hand(well there was water running) and a semi-tight grip in the shower after workout lol. Not something I should do often but oh well. I focused on the sensations and kept mind empty. It was pretty good. Went at it for about 15-20 mins and was hovering between Level 7-8 arousal,trying to feel for that plateau. When I felt it was getting too intense, I just stopped,did a RK and resumed. EQ was a decent 7.

            The best way to restore EQ is just to keep getting close to PONR like this and stopping. After a week, I'll be so horny, even a breeze will make me hard lol.

              Day 47(July 21st 2015)

              Pelvic Floor State: Relaxed. Forgot to mention about DO routine yesterday, but yeah, still doing it.

              Observations: Well that was quick. Woke up this morning with some nice morning wood. Then a rare phenomenon happened. It took like 7-8 mins for it to go down. I decided to call it UB aka Ultimate Boner. An erection that remains for a fair amount of time regardless of your will or arousal. You could be at 0 arousal and it would still be there.Like on Day 36. I guess it's purely physiological.

              Then I went to balloon a bit. I cupped my hand and slowly dragged my fingers and palm across magic spot, putting a bit of pressure. Kinda like a girl slowly licking your glans with her rough tongue. Got hard this time and it was pretty decent. After some of that, held my right hand like it was possesed by a ghost and started thrusting, tightening fingers over glans. EQ is still good. It got intense and I paused. Satisfied, I stopped it there, without really challenging myself lol.

              Total time: 11 mins


              SJW and Mucuna finally arrived. I kinda regret buying both though lol. Went to my usual bio store on Sunday to find some almond flour. Checked their natural medicine section and holy hell, they got some good stuff. I saw a bunch of extracts, all intresting products for PE/Pre E. Gingko biloba,SJW, Korean Ginseng, Chasteberry. There are more chances to overdose when using extracts though. But you can adjust the strength more precisely. Also found a site that sells 98% L-dopa Mucuna Pruriens. It's not all bad though...I can see how I react at weaker doses then eventually move up.

                Day 48(July 22nd 2015)

                Pelvic Floor State: Relaxed. The same after DO


                Observations: No wood this morning. No worries,EQ is still decent. After a bit of DO routine, I go to balloon/fap a bit. I rub magic spot for a bit and get a 5/10 erection. I continue this for a while then switch to fapping. That's where I go a bit over the board...I was supposed to stop at level 8 arousal, but I continued until precum spurted out and eventually stopped a few strokes away from PONR. I stopped it there...and after eating omelet I had to fap. Cuz.
                Teasing myself again staying near PONR. As a result, I've been horny all day. It was pretty annoying. I reverted to my old habit of endlessly browing escort ads. Maybe I should have just busted a nut or two instead of messing around with my sanity lol. It's been 5 days after all. At the same time, I want to see how long I can go without ejaculating. Hmm....

                  Day 49(July 23rd 2015)

                  Pelvic Floor State: Relaxed,even after DO

                  Observations: Shortest one yet lol. Woke up 30 mins late, so I just decided to pass on fap/balloon.I had morning wood that lasted about 5-6 mins. Usually, during DO routine, I place fingers on perineum in order to check my form,mainly kegel/root lock. Couldn't do it, because just placing fingers near my penis would give me an erection. Might be the L-arginine?

                  Went through the day without obssesive erotic thoughts. Had some random thoughts but they quickly fade away.
                  I was focused during workout. Looked at woman, but didn't lose concentration. An uneventful and calm day.

It takes 2-6 weeks for effects to fully kick in. Intresting to note that SJW is a reuptake inhibitor for pretty much all neurotransmitters. Findings so far:

                      Phenibut x SJW = nope. Phenibut stimulates GABA production and SJW lowers effect of GABA. Result is 0

                      Phenibut x Mucuna= Honestly? No idea man. Phenibut will calm you down and that makes you last longer,while Mucuna increases dopamine, which makes you more excited and prone to blow it. Yet people report it makes you last longer. Other effects are supposedly increased testosterone and lowered prolactin. Shorter refractory period.
                      From my own experience with a complete daily dose of a non-standardised product at once, during penetration, it increased sensitivity to the point where it felt as if I was having raw sex. Imagine incredible sensitivity even when wrapped up + complete control. No guarentee this is what will happen when you mix them though.

                      SJW x Mucuna: Great mix. L-dopa decreases serotonin levels over time and SJW increases the levels of all neurotransmitters, so it counters the serotonin decreasing effect.

                        Pelvic Floor State: Relaxed,even after DO.

                        Observations: Fapped a bit in morning, nothing serious. I did a small and tight OK grip, then only stroked glans with that grip. I believe it's one of my weak spots. Last time, that's what made me blow quickly too. Vaginal entrance tightening around glans and stimulating me. With some lube and thrusting, It'll be a good way to train. Next week, I resume my routine.

                        I don't remember what's my record for semen retention. I think it was 12 days without cumming. I feel like busting, but I need a warm mouth for that haha. No money to afford escort yet though. Might try to go for 21 days.

                            Pelvic Floor State: Relaxed

                            Observations: Lol, Saturday afternoon, I caved in and busted it. Now don't worry, it was without porn. Just me and my old partner.I didn't rush it, took my time with some lube, switching grip strength, focusing on glans,sometimes thrusting and after 10-15 mins I blew it. It was pretty big and watery . I feel like I could have played around a little more but oh well.

                            Resuming edging sessions tommorow, with my new mixed plan( hand and Fleshlight edging). I'm confident this could lead to the breakthrough I'm seeking. Also going to start taking SJW and Mucuna. A bit doubtful about Mucuna, but I'm an adventurous soul and there's no real danger to those products as long as I'm sensible about it. Phenibut and Icariin are on the way, but those are for later.

                            DO routine will go a bit faster for the next month. I've been itching to practice new moves. Usually I do 2 weeks per sublevels, but my isolation is pretty good. So sublevels 0.4,0.5 and 1.1 will only get 1 week.

                            • Day 53(July 27th 2015)

                              Pelvic Floor State: Relaxed. A bit of fatigue after DO but quickly cleared up.


                              Observations: Woke up with a semi-hard morning wood. Took my usual supps+ Mucuna and SJW. After doing DO routine, I'm off to the edge cave.

                              Made myself hard and started stroking with a bit of lube and semi-tight grip. After 5 mins,I notice penile sensation is kinda dulled/numbed so I up the intensity to see if arousal would go up. Nope, I'm still at level 7 arousal. I continue like this for about 10 mins. Stroking with a fairly high intensity and focusing on glans. Arousal was going up, albeit at a very slow rate. Usually when I'm edging, I stay at level 7 for some time then in a few seconds,I find myself at level 8. This morning, the way my body was reacting was pretty much like someone without PreE. Arousal was going up slowly and gradually, kinda like a car shifting gears.

                              While I'm stroking, there's this sensation I usually get when I'm about to shoot precum. Except that nothing's coming out. Weird....I just continue stroking and at 15 mins mark, I feel like I'm about to ejaculate(not orgasm).I continue stroking and...nothing's coming out again. I think to myself...is this the infamous plateau phase? This goes on for another 10 mins. It felt pretty good. The whole time I had the same sensation as when I'm about to blow it, but I was able to continue with the same intensity. Then at 25 mins mark, I get near my real PONR. Again, it was easier to stay near PONR than usual. Went at it for another 5 mins, then stopped because I had no idea when I was gonna blow it.


                              Total time: 31 mins. PS: EQ was good the whole session, but at 30 mins mark, I started getting soft.


                              Wow, that's one hell of a progress curve. I don't know if it's cuz of Mucuna and SJW but if it is, then do I even need Phenibut? lol. After session, I had a really huge urge to rail a woman for 31 mins straight. Edging with hand is not bad but thrusting is a pain in the ass. Tommorow, I'll test myself with Fleshlight to see if I can withstand 30 mins of thrusting too.
