      • I personally think edging is way more powerful in terms of curing pe than rk..i mean rk can help by relaxing the pelvic floor a little but i think ultimately it comes down to getting used to the sensations from edginng...am i correct??

        Im away from my gf for a week tomorrow and ill try and edge everynight and hopefully my confidence builds right back up again. Im reconsidering about doing dry edging for a bit then wet edging till 20-25 min mark. Can dry edging (creating friction on the senstive part) make ur penis MORE sensitive? Or is it generally the other way around

        • Reverse kegels, and kegels are conjunctive. Edging is the key. I don't recommend dry edging for stamina training. The point is to last longer in a wet environment. So mirror that environment as much as possible.

          • Yup! totally Agree with wishful Edging is the key........ @ adios01 I was also thinking that K/RK doesn't play role on Pre-E however I was so wrong until I find out this is so important to control your ejaculation, Balance Pelvic floor play huge role on to stay longer I can't explain how because I don't know how to explain this however any senior member can explain this. So my advise is keep do K/RK in your routine it is very helpful.

              • If you think you still have strong IK then I advise you should overpower by RK, can do RK only routine however not for long time.

                  • Hmmmm weird progress..
                    I know majority of people are against deathgrip but i gave it a go for about a few days, doing every other day. I start with rubbing the sensitive area for a few mins then deathgrip for about 10 mins or so. Doesnt mean i grip it so hard tbat my penis is about to pop. I had sex 2 nights in a row and i lasted quite a while..first ponr only came after 9 mins or so..and after stopping 1 ponr, i could literally fuck like a pornstar ! I just edged again and didnt last too long. I wonder if i last longer with sex than edging now? Anyway ill keep hvaing a go at it for few weeks and let u all know. People say u shouldnt give away the pleasure but hey, my sensitivity is 50/10 at the moment so even if i reduced it with deathgrip, its still sitting at 30/10 lol

                    • Hmmm i dont know what it is, i had success with dry and wet edging with no kegel exercises whatsoever in april time, and had succeses here and there with mixture of dry and wet edging but im still unsure of which one is helping me. Last night the sex was terrible..couldnt last fuck all!! I have been doing rubbing my sesnitive area and tighter grip dry edging but doesnt seem ljke its working..i dont know if stimulating sensitive spot makes it even more sensitive? Or deathgrip doesnt work because my sensitive area is the shaft ?? Is wet plateau edging the ultimate cure? But then ive been doing that for a while with no success before..i really dont know what the go is!!!

                      • I don't think you're sticking to things long enough, jumping to too many things, stick to edging with lube, use a tight grip as you can, focus on sensation and pleasure and do a minimum of 20 mins.

                            • So while i was edging these days, i realised when i can slowly feel the pleasure building up, if i front kegel hard, the pleasure kinda drops down..its different type of kegel though. I tend to focus on the penis itself and it kinda feels lik im forcing a syrong strong erection and trapping the blood there. And somehow it kinda fatigues it or something and lessens the pleasure..its hard to practice it but i thought id write jt in here because i think someone mentioned that their DE was due to fatigued kegel muscle ???

                              • Frustrated! Edging to porn and edging in a way that stimulates me the most gets me off in literallt 30 secs if i wanted to. This is so annoying!! Is this the effect of porn?? Im sure normal guys would still last about 5-10 mins before they hit ponr with porn

                                Ill probqbly have sex tonight. Ive been dry edging and wet edging here and there..did it always with porn though..tried to stay at pleasure level for as long as i can during edging sessions.
