    • I reckon its the desensitizing of the sensitive part ay. Mine is on the underside of the penis shaft so i cant just edge or even dry deathgrip as the skin still goes with the hand. So what i do is i hold down the skin at the base of the penis so the skin is nicely stretched out. And i edged slowly dryand give friction on that area for about 3-4 mins and it gets sore. I tend to stop when it starts to get sore because if u go overboard u eont be able to edge for the next few days and u dont want that. So when it becomes sore i add lube and edge til 20 mins mark. I think this is the one thats helping me the most at the moment. I personally think kegel or rk doest nothing. If all, kegel can help u stop at ponr thats about it. This is my personal view though. I havent seen any medical journals experimenting on such thing as reverse kegel nor did my colleagues who work with me at the hospital heard about it. Ive only done the desensitising 3 times. Ill keep it going and see how this goes!

      There was once this product called prolong, which is a vibrator for men which is indicated to reduce sensitivity of the sensitive area. It was done 3 times per session; 3 times a week. After clincal trials, 87% of men who tried increased their length of time from 47 sec to 8 mins.

      This is the theory im going with. So wish me luck!

          You'll rarely see any medical journals or anything with info on rk and pf balance, most doctors or experts mention kegels, strengthening, to help last longer in bed, without any actual info on how or why.
          Rk does work, don't know why it doesn't for you, but glad to see your improving.

          • Awesome update. Been doing dry edging for about over a week now. I didnt see much improvement till last night. Pounded gf at medium pace for about 7 mins straight and hit ponr. Stopped for a bit and resumed, fucked her hard for another 12 mins. Total around 20 mins and she orgasmed 3 times yday which means i did not stop for ages in each position for her to feel it.               Are you using the death grip or just dry edging? Also, are you putting friction on the head of you penis with your hand while your doing it?
              I have tried death grip dry and it mostly just hurts and leaves chaffing. Is it something you work up to?

Well even for 'normal' people there are days where they cum early aswell..so i start not to get fussed about it and start trying to reduce the number of days i last short period of time..

                  Anyway, my sensitive spot is the underside of my shaft not really the head. So i dont do deathgrip, i dry edge but yes give as much friction as i can. But i have had chafing provlems here and there too. I dry edge and give friction for about 10 mins tops then it starts to hurt. From that point on, i add lube to it and continue normal edging till 20 min mark. I dont do any kegel or rk i personally believe it doesnt do much to individuals whose problem is essentially coming from the sensitivity. Ive only been doig. It for like about a week now so ill continue at it! Hope for the best

                      Does that reduce sensitivity a little bit?
                      And whats jp90 routine? I tjought that was where you dont masturbate for 90 days. That certainly will make me more sensitive

                        Jelqing is gripping the base with one hand and sliding up with the other, it's an enlargement exercise, not edging, but could help you. Jp90 is just a Jelqing routine for 90 days, you would still edge, after the session usually for best results, but whenever you felt you wanted to.

                              • On and off progress here. So i couldnt edge for a week as my gf has been home all week but i edged last night to porn. Couldnt handle the stimulation so had to stop and start quite a bit.
