Started my kegel and rk routine again for about 4 days now. Edged twice this week for 8 mins each. Had sex today with gf and i could last about 2 minutes before first ponr hits. But it wasnt too bad as i was so horny and started pounding her like a pornstar. Then swapped position and fucked her hard again for another 4 minutes and came. It didnt last long as all today but considering the thrusting rate i wasnt too disappoited.
One thing i realise is that if i try and relax the pelvic floor muscle then it brings me close to ponr quicker. But if i try and do and hold a very very VERY light kegel, it feels like im trapping the blood int the penis so it becomes less sensitive so its much easier to control the sensation. I cant seem to maintain this for too long though. I tend to either kegel too hard or do an rk (which brings me close to ponr). Wil this come with practice?

Unusual that a kegel helps you hold off and relaxing the pf brings you closer to ponr, but everyone is different so you've found what works for you, just keep practicing with it and use it to your advantage.A Game of Bones. A Stretch With Rice And Fire.

It looks like ive hit an obstruction again. Had sex last night and couldnt really control the sensation! My penis was way too sensitive for some reason and i cant seem to hold it well.
One thing i realised is that either my penis is more sensitive or my pelvic floor muscle gets tighter or whatever to make me cum quicker in positions where my dick is pointing upwards. Eg. During missionary position where im fully lying on top of my partner so my dick is pointing upwards, and when shes on top so my dick is pointing upwards. Anyone else has experience with this?? Dont know how i can fix it

Get erect while standing up. Fap normally. Then see how it feels when you, whilst continuing your fapping, pull your penis down to be more horizontal with the ground. For me, it is a pleasurable sensation that I've been able to acclimate myself towards by edging to simulate these positions.

Yes it's ok. You edged for 15 mins which is progress aswel, keep building on it. Have you ever used ice in the bedroom with your gf?
