I am having severe case of Pre Ejac. Stubborn iks is one of the many causes of my Pre Ejac. I worked very hard to gain few minutes and got success but i was not satisfied because while edging i had to be extremely careful not to reach ponr where i would usually fail. My failure was mainly due to terrible IKs while edging. Nothing helped me though i concentrated on rks for very long but to no avail, rks didint help me at all. Every time when i would start my edging session right from the beginning iks would start and i would reach ponr making edging very difficult for me. At this stage i had made only upto 30% progress.
Just two weeks earlier i decided to try tennis ball massage. I had heard about this long ago but never had it tried. I started the massage for 10-15 minutes on alternate days and only in about ten days i saw massive decrease in Involuntary Kegels. Well i was amazed and also happy. For the first time in real sense i could stroke my penis without Iking. Well it was a game changer. I am both happy and satisfied with the result because the hurdle is now removed and i can edge using slow strokes for long time. So now its time to get benefit from Edging.
Note: Rks didn't work for me to much extent doesn't mean it will not work for others. Please do try all the exercises mentioned here and listen to your body and then act accordingly. A lot of people have gained benefits from Reverse Kegels.
