  • Hey Milla could you tell the difference from taking Green tea and not taking it??

    I notice when I drink green tea I can easily get a EQ of 10 and this is only one cup . On days when I don't drink green tea it is usually 8 to 9. Nice log man I know how you feel when your girlfriend tells You Got Big. Keep it up man.

    • Not really.. I mean, my flaccid is fuller on some days granted, but other days it's not. The Green Tea does have benefits but I just don't notice them because my stress level as well as other things that determine flaccid fluctuate constantly throughout the day like a roller coaster.

        Extending for 2 consecutive hours

        Shower warm up
        Hanging 17.5 lbs 20 minutes with ~5-6 minutes pendulum swinging
        BTT stretch/fowfer until asleep.

        Notes: 2 cups of green tea, 1 cup of regular tea
        Been in bad mood, long day.

          • Yeah man, I always leave my browser open right on my log and just leaving it, I had family coming and going all last week so I didn't want a little cousin to come on and see "MILLIAS DICK JOURNEY", woulda created lots of awkwardness.

            Everything's going man, just becoming a recluse between PE, work, and girlfriend but it's all good, entering another new part of my life and just have to overcome the challenges facing me, no biggie. I know what you mean though, my activity levels have plummeted as of late as well but what can you do, life beckons and you gotta answer or else she'll screw you long and hard!

              • I admire your dedication Millia. You manage to keep going without letting other life related things prevent you from doing your routine. I am still looking forward to your feedback & insight on using an extender + hanging (once you've done it a while & can advise).

                • So far though, I take off days when I'm not feeling it and do it on days when I shouldn't. I guess I've become somewhat of a recluse nowadays just hanging out with my girlfriend and PE'ing consistently. We'll see how long this lasts though.
                  And I don't get to use the extender the way I'd like to. I want to use it after a hanging session not before it. But since I can't get privacy to hang during the day I have to extend first hang later. I think while this could be helping gains it is not maximizing the extender. But once I get into higher tension that might change, who knows.

                    Extender for 2 consecutive hours at whatever tension I'm at now (2 large rods and one small I believe.)
                    BTT stretch 10 minutes
                    Hanging 17.5 lbs for 15 minutes
                    Shower warm down

                    BTT stretch 5 minutes
                    Hanging 17.5 lbs for 20 minutes
                    Masturbation! WOOO.
                    BTT/Fowfer until asleep

                    Notes: Work had me zooming around 27 floors in a flurry of activity today, kinda cool. Drank 2 cups of green tea all day. Fucking exhausted now. Foot was hurting around the end of the shift, bad pains at some points, which inconvenienced me a lot. Did this yesterday too, a little worried.
                    Girlfriend got her period today, so I'll be calling Palmela Handerson in as a specialist sooner than ya think..

                        • Within reason, I can't see why you wouldn't gain now. I mean extender + hanging that's serious business. How much more length do you want anyway, or what is your current length goal?

                                Man I hope not, watermelons are ridiculous size, I wouldn't mind like just muscularly defined .

                                I'm not saying I won't gain, but I think there might actually be genetic limitations to gains, but who am I to say so? All I'm here to do is prove those so called limitations aside! And unfortunately I can't even use the extender the way I want to, I'd rather use it post hang rather then pre. But what can you do? Beggars can't be choosers!
                                My all time length goal is ~7.5 NBP, and short term I want a consistent 7" NBP, not just on days where I'm 11/10 EQ wise. Not much much farther to go.

                                Hmm, no I haven't taken supplements for weightlifting in a long time, not since my high school football days. Nowadays I'm all about going au naturale. I've found that the gains I make muscular wise are actually retained easier off any supplements (protein included) rather then when on them.
                                Do I respect the 2 hour rule? Not always, there's times where I'll lift, come inside and cool down for about 10-20 minutes, do a BTT stretch for 10 minutes, and then sometimes hang, other times extend. Or shower and then do some form of PE.. Total time maybe 30-40 minutes afterwords. I don't recommend it though it isn't always fun and won't always produce a desired result.
