UPDATE
Long due update. Its been 6 months without posting. We try to plan for things, but other things get in the way, thats life
March and April 2018: I did consistently use the bathmate, almost everyday in shower and some Jelqs and Stretches.
May to September: I did a few length sessions over the summer, and I used my Bathmate a bunch of times before going out
I also was doing some Kegels and Reverse Kegels. But mostly use the Bathmate.
Now its October....I am celebrating the 2 year anniversary since I started this training log online.
Now that its winter I should have more time to dedicate to training PE, weights, diets, etc...so if anybody is following this, things are about to get SERIOUS !!!!
I plan on re-doing a length blast routine that Ive done twice one month burst.
Routine:
Warm up
Kegels
Basic Stretch - left/right/down/up/straight x 2 sets of 30-45seconds
Bundled Stretch - 5 directions x 2 sets of 30-60seconds
Helicopter Shake - 3-5 sets x 30seconds *two directions left+right=1set
Bathmate
Two Ways of using it
-3min warm up followed by 3 sets x 5 min *Super sets
-3min warm up followed by 2 sets x 10 min *Straight Sets
Kegels
-Pulses followed by 5-20second holds
Reverse Kegels
-Pulses followed by 5sec push
