I wouldn't say I've gotten anything permanent from it. But who knows for certain.
I've just recently found out I can pump for 45 minutes at lower pressure (at max pressure I'm usually in at 6.5 inches on the marker, but I pump for long periods at 5.5/5.25)
my goal with pumping is to pump without edema.
I've been doing the pump for months and months, couldn't tell you when I first started it though.
